I've followed them all over since the beginning of their careers in nails and their last shop which closed years ago in Cherry Hill as they moved out to the Seomerdale, location. Not only do I know Louis & Kathy personally and professionally, I've come to only allow Vogue Nail employees or the owners maintain my nail and wax care. They offer many services. I give all a 5 star rating. Before coming to America, Kathy was a hairstylist in Vietnam. Which is where she met Louis, cutting his hair as a young man. The rest is history and their works in the beauty industry goe back that far. Louis has a rule in his shop, regarding customer service. Some people dislike shops where employees speak unknown languages next to them feeling as if they could be being made fun of etc. because they can't understsnd the lanuage. Well he requires workers to speak English at all times as to not make the customer feel uncomfortable and think they could be being talked about while sitting in the chair. They offer extensive nail options and an upgraded "spa pedicure" that includes additional and longer massage time along with hot towels and a variation of scrubs. Their work is an art. They're time efficient and their work is built to last. While they take walk in customers without prior appointments, I still recommend setting a scheduled appointment. If you can't make it, please be curteous and call them to let them know, so they can not wait for you. Reminder: scheduled appointments take precedence. Keep in mind, trust that if there is a nail art trend out there Vogue Nails is on top of it. They're flexible and willing to work with you, just speak up! I highly recommend trying them at least ONCE. They're easily located on the White Horse Pike in Somerdale, NJ along with a full and side parking lot in a small strip mall. Enjoy!

Staff is very friendly, there is a good color selection, and the facility is spotless. I opted for a spa pedicure, which was heaven after just running a 10K. Update 6/26: Unfortunately, today I had a very rough and uncomfortable "spa" pedicure. I warned the technician about an injured toenail, but she was not gentle at all and took half the nail about 3/4 of the way off. When filing the nails, she kept scraping the tops of my toes, too. Hours later, my feet are actually sore. Lastly, I was told it would be $45, but I was charged $58. Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. Update 8/29: Despite the negative experience I had in June, I've been back a few more times and have found it's just one employee in particular who is too rough. She again scraped the skin on my toe while filing and it actually bled. Yikes. Unfortunately, I need to avoid her. Everyone else has been great

After moving to the area, I was on the hunt for a new nail salon since my original salon was 30-40…read moremins away. Came here after reading some good reviews, located in a strip mall which is usually the case for nails salons. I had called before and they told me gel manicure was $22 and as advertised on their screen when you enter. I got a basic gel manicure that would have usually cost $25 at other salons but they charged me $35. I was surprised and a little taken back considering I didn't get anything special done. With tip it came to $42 which I think is ridiculous for a basic gel manicure. The girl who did it was nice, but wasn't very good at it. She cut my cuticle too deep and it started bleeding. Multiple times she cut to close and it hurt. She was also very messy, lines weren't neat and nail polish ended up on my skin. Definitely will not be coming back again. Update: So the salon got in touch with me and told me the girl charged me the wrong price and she thought I got powder. Umm what?? Do you not even know what service you are providing and there's a BIG difference between powder and gel mani. The owner was very accommodating and nice(that's why I gave two stars), he gave me the option of voiding the transaction or just crediting me the additional she charged for the next visit. He was pushing for the credit for next visit but that would mean I would have to get my nails done there again and get me cuticles torn apart again. I opted for the void transaction and charging me the right price, I even drove back there to do it. Also, just noticed the girl cut me in more places then I knew initially, was cooking dinner and everything was burning and stinging my fingers!
