One of the best cakes I've ever had. I purchased a smash cake for my baby's first birthday and a regular celebration cake. Both were insanely delicious. The smash cake had no refined sugar and was made with maple syrup. It was so delicious and loved that it was made with maple syrup. All the babies loved it of course. Now the celebration cake was... insane. It was denser than I've ever had and so well balanced. Not too sweet. Had a great consistency.
