Baby Shower Cupcake Bouquet. How beautiful!!

Better than imagined!! Both in taste and in design. My sister in laws baby shower called for a special dessert. Her mother shared a photo of what she'd like for me to send along...and they did it so much more beautiful. It was perfect!! This beautiful cupcake bouquet became the centerpiece of the party. Everyone stopped to look at the flowers. They were delicious too. Even my daughter not a fan of cupcakes said mom the frosting was so good, I would love cupcakes if they all were this good. Many friends asked for the bakeries name. Looking forward to the next party. I will be planning an order soon for a host gift. Thank you!

The smash cake had no refined sugar and was made with maple syrup. It was so delicious and loved that it was made with maple syrup. All the babies loved it of course. Now the celebration cake was... insane. It was denser than I've ever had and so well balanced. Not too sweet. Had a great consistency. Everybody kept asking for the name of the bakery and loads of people took a slice home to share with family. Also Carolina is so sweet. She even walked the cake over to the park that I had my baby's party at after I made a mistake on pickup time. Stellar customer service and more importantly, amazing, delicious cake.

We ordered a customized cake for my son's 6th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was beautifully made, exactly how we envisioned it, and tasted just as amazing as it looked. My son was thrilled and it really added something extra special to his big day. Everyone at the party kept asking where we got it from. Thank you for making his celebration so memorable -- we'll definitely be coming back for future occasions!

Sabrina and Carolina created an amazing birthday party for our 9 year old daughter and her friends. Their space is a beautiful garden that is intimate and peaceful. The birthday girl was so happy to learn how to decorate a cake from professional bakers! Every kid had their own cake turntable and piping bag with various tips. They got to bring their cakes home in a beautiful box. It was the perfect balance of impressive instruction paired with inspiring creativity. Thank you Ina Bakes!

Oh my goodness! I found Lady C Cakes through yelp. I wanted a special design. I visualized what I wanted and I drew it down. I contacted Carolina from Lady C cakes via email, I gave her really specifics on how I wanted my cakes. I sent her my drawing and she told me she would be able to do it. On the day of the delivery, I just wanted to cry of happy. My cake that I had drawn was a reality!! It was so BEAUTIFUL. The cake was delicious too!! Not very good custom cakes. I thought this was a professional baker, but it's someone who watched a few inspiring baking shows on TV and then thought... "how hard could it be?" LOL. Stopped by Ina Bakes at one of their Sunday popups and honestly, I can't stop thinking about their focaccia--soft and chewy inside, perfectly crisp outside, with amazing flavor. The macarons are super unique and tasty, and there's always a rotating selection of desserts with seasonal flavors. Everything's made in small batches, so you can really tell the ingredients are good. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and it's such a great addition to the neighborhood. I live in Houston, but was coming out to LA for my son's 21st bday. To say the least, I don't have the network in have at Houston, so I was a fish out of water looking for a quality cake vendor. I searched and found Lady C Cakes and another vendor. I went on each of their websites and followed their instructions on how to contact them for an order. Lady C was the one who got back to me in the designated time she provided per her site. I then read every comment of her services on Yelp and looked at every photo in her gallery and decided to go with her. I'm still hoping for the best and really nervous! We talked back and forth and decided on an overall theme of the cake. I had so much other things to plan I told her.....I trust you! Just make it masculine and follow the overall vision that we talked about for the cake. She delivered the cake to us on the day and time we agreed and she absolutely exceeded my expectations!!!!!! I asked 5 different bakeries for custom cake quotes, and Lady C's came in slightly lower with free delivery. When I researched her site, I was very impressed by the reviews. When I chatted by email and phone with Carolina, she impressed me again with her sweet nature and honest feedback. The cake was delivered and we were impressed! We received so many compliments on the appearance and delicious flavors of the cake. Our family and friends were especially blown away by the delicious dulce de leche filling. It was so good! We needed a cake for a baby shower for twin boys and everybody was so over priced and very particular about what they can do and what they couldn't do. Caroline is absolutely amazing in understanding exactly what you want in regards to design and taste. She's super professional, friendly and prompt with all communication. I absolutely loved working with her and no one came close to the product I got and the price was so competitive. I suspect that the "buttercream" was made with milk and margarine and powdered sugar.....so much powdered sugar. It was sickeningly sweet, and it was dry too. And a true bettercream doesn't even use powdered sugar. So not only were the cupcakes terrible, they were not even what they purported to be. This is like calling a cut of meat a filet mignon and serving a hamburger. Von's, Ralphs and Albertson's make better cupcakes than this for a fraction of othe price.

She was very helpful in finding my item, which had been placed in the back of the store. She brought it out and it was clearly labeled on the box that it was the vegan red velvet, so I could be assured it was indeed mine. When I got home, I ate the cupcake. It was so rich and indulgent and they do such an amazing job creating a soft delectable cake with a smooth and creamy cheesecake frosting. You can tell from talking to her that she is passionate about her "bites" and cares about providing high quality product! These cupcakes are not only heaven in your mouth but they are also adorable! Small enough to not feel guilty but good enough to sneak in a second (or third!!). She also had a great deal on 4 & 6 packs so I bought some for my co-workers...if I don't eat them all myself :) seriously you must try these! They even do catering AND deliver!!

Service was very friendly. My husband ordered a cinnamon roll and I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. By mistake I got a mushroom croissant but the very nice person behind the counter quickly replaced it with the correct one. We ate inside at a small table and found the croissants to be pretty good. I liked the cheese on the outside. My husband liked the cinnamon roll. The pastry cases looked very pretty and I'd definitely come back.

Being aware of…read moreShantal's talents in both baking and engineering, the only two requirements that we gave her was that the cake had to incorporate the mad-hatter theme of the party and that it had to be spectacular. We met with her twice and she provided wonderful ideas for creating design elements within the ballroom to compliment the cake. From our initial inquiry through the follow-up that she did after the party, my wife, our guests and the birthday girls were completely in awe. It's consistently fantastic in both taste and presentation and Shantal is always a pleasure to deal with. We just got a great lemon-flavored birthday cake and when I brought it out everyone got wide-eyed because it was so cool-looking. And I thought I had ordered a bit too much, but it was nearly finished even with everyone full from dinner and snacks. So good! Highly recommend!

They are limited in what they will do. If you bring in a photo of a cake you want, chances are they won't be able to do it. They do not do images at all. They have a book and you can pick a cake. Their selection in store is very good, but I am so sick of most of them having a whipped cream frosting that you have to keep cold. I don't like cold cake. Their selection of butter cream is lacking. They do have a nice selection of cupcakes with butter cream frosting which is great. When you have them write on a cake you pre ordered you can tell they took very little time to do it, it is sloppy and there is nothing but what you told them to write. Most bakeries add a little flower or something to present the name. I just had a lemon curd type cake from them and I noticed the sloppy writing and the cake was so sweet I could not eat it, and of course, it was cold. I won't be back. That is sad. I will find another bakery that cares. But I still give them a 4 because I know a lot of people like sweet cakes with whipped cream frosting and their service is very good.
