I wasn't looking for any of the dog and pony circus of treatment with opiates at that time being I was already well aware of the pitfalls of that such as it is impossible to even obtain a sufficiently high enough dosage to be worth my while to try them again. Therefore, instead I just lay down a lot, hire people to do my housework @ 30 bucks per hour, cannot even stand at my sink more than 5 minutes to wash my own dishes, have to pay someone to drive my dogs to the dog groomers being I still cannot even bend over my own laundry sink long enough to bathe my own 5 and 6 lb dogs, plus of course I have major problems simply bending over to pick things up off my floor - pretty pathetic really as I actually know myself how to fix these things. Over the past 2 months, I have noticed a significant difference in not only my lower back (pain stemmed from a 24 year old car accident) but in also my legs where I had been experiencing noticeable pain the last few years. At the appointment, they charged her the $25 in-network copay associated with her plan. She was not impressed with the chiropractic treatment she received - didn't seem to help. She had decided not to go back. A couple of days later, she got a bill from the their office for $272. They said they found out they were NOT in-network for my wife's specific plan and she owed for the full visit ($297). What! They were the ones who said they were in-network. Otherwise, my wife wouldn't have gone there. When I called them to discuss this, I asked to speak to a supervisor. She was not available (of course) but would call me back. That didn't happen. I had to follow up until I finally was able to speak to her. She said basically it wasn't their problem and that they didn't find out they weren't in-network until they put through the charges. So the incorrect information they told my wife is HER problem, not theirs. I had to keep following up with the supervisor, who supposedly had to run it by someone higher, and it went nowhere. I would NOT recommend this business from a medical or integrity standpoint.

Dr. Hall listens when you ask questions and never makes you fell less than intelligent, no matter what you ask. His bedside manner is top notch. You may have to wait a bit when seeing him. But it is well worth it!! I would be happy to wait 2 hours, just to see him, though we have never had to wait anywhere near that long. Dr. Hall is excellent with children as well! My children, now 21 and 19, and my husband and I have had only great experiences with Dr. Hall. His nurse, Nancy, is fantastic too! You can usually schedule an "emergency" appointment, if you are sick, the same day you call... if you call first thing in the morning. We have seen other doctors at Matthews Family Physicians as well the nurse practitioner. Although they are not Dr. Hall, I have never been dissatisfied with the care we have received. You can have you blood work done and x-rays taken right there too!

I explained to her the stress I endured that caused my cycle to be off and she still did not care. Do not waste your money or your time on such unapologetic, unrealistic, and unprofessional establishment. As I told the lady who said there was nothing she could do to help me. The law states that you do not have to let a doctor's office copy your picture ID. You only have to let them copy your medical card and show them a picture ID. The office manager said I will call them and call you back. The office manager never called me. I didn't appreicate driving a thirty minute drive to be denied medical services and treated rudly.
