My BFF for 45+ years and I visited yesterday for a float and I forgot to check in. I have been a few times before and EVERYTIME I leave so rejuvenated and wishing there was one closer to me. The float chamber is similar to a small rectangle enclosed jetted bath tub. We floated at the same time which I did not know was possible before as my husband and I wanted to go a few times but since they only had one we thought we couldn't float at same time. The facility is warm and inviting; with signs asking for guests to move about quietly (which I appreciate) in their spa service areas as they also offer massages and have a spa chair you can get schedule for afterwards. Typically, one would float alone but it was a nice treat for us to do while she here visiting. You can wear swimsuits if you're modest for a joint float. You're required to shower before entering and you definitely want to shower and shampoo hair afterwards. The shower is right next to the chamber as you enter it to access the float chamber. It is a sensory deprivation tank and at first it may seem a little difficult to completely relax but taking some good deep breaths will allow you to melt away and fall asleep or become so relaxed you mind will shut down and you will float away your troubles, won't feel any pain you have and you become so relaxed that when the time is up it will seem like you have only been in there for minutes because you relax so deeply you forgot you even entered the space. Your body feels amazing and you'll be worry free with clear mind and excitement how relaxing it was and think yourself I'm coming back again SOON... they have ear plugs and a head float device that keeps your head above the water and you just melt away into the deepest relaxation. Once in the chamber I literally didn't hear, see or feel my friend was even in there so I truly felt alone, it was so quiet and peaceful. I've don't the float in pods and those feel a little more confining and I never could completely relax due to fear of claustrophobia but this float chamber is definitely not that enclosed or tight feeling. The staff are very kind and we were offered water/warm tea afterwards. Such a nice wonderful treat. If you can swing it, get the float and then do a massage afterwards. read more

I booked a couples float for my husband and I for Valentine's day. It was both our first times doing float therapy and it was the epitome of relaxation. We couldnt believe how quickly an hour flew by and enjoyed a few mins in the massage chair afterwards. The service was friendly. The only recommendations I have would be a change in music on the speaker while floating (or tell customers they can connect and play their own) and allowing an extra 10 mins for couples before and after since two people have to shower instead of one. Don't be fooled by the strip mall, Rosemary has created an area of tranquility in Suite 104. Soothing music, essential oils, waterfalls, soft lights were all present. She uses the best essential oils, in my opinion, DoTerra. I have tried many others, and this seems to be the strongest and best. Lasts forever too! Rosemary provided everything that I expected, warm covers kept me decent throughout the hour. She used hot stones after loosening up the muscles- which was invigorating (and she didn't charge extra for it). She used warm towels to wrap my feet in (the best part!!). When I was supine, she ensured my eyes were draped to shield the light. The experience was delightful! The best perk is that she was able to squeeze me in, same day! So thankful!! read more

Rosmery is the best by far. If you're looking for a great person who really enjoys her job please go see her. She asks great questions and actually listens to your answers. She encourages you to ask questions to make sure you're time is well spent. Every little thing she did felt amazing. I've had a few massages in this area and not one comes close. On a 1-10 scale Rosmery is a 10 and no one else I've tried is over a 3. She's THAT great !!! I went there based on all the positive reviews she's received in such a short time and she lived up to all of them. If you want a great massage and don't go see Rosmery you're missing out.
