they Are under new owner ship and we had a gift card we purchased from the old owner after our massage they told us they wouldn't honor it and that we owed 30 %. During the massage o thought it was weird that it was a ten dollar up charge or using oil. (They were just trying o make more money because of the gift card ) . Not only did they not honor the gift card but it was hands down the worse massage I've ever had. I might add that I'm not saying this because I'm bitter they didn't honor the gift card. my wife and I did a couples massage she loved hers and said it was amazing . Ibe honestly had my Cat walk on my back and had a better massage. So to find out that they weren't going to honor the gift card we purchased from them and that we had to pay 30% and pay another ten dollars for the oil they used during the massage .......needles to say I'll never be going there again . read more

Booked a 1 hour foot massage with my husband. It would have been "fine" if the therapists didn't talk to each other they the entire 50 mins. NOT 1 hour. It is also over priced. I have had several foot massages in Braselton and in Atlanta for $35-$40. read more

Beverly Hills Spa is by far the nicest facility in this area.. one of the nicest even in the Atlanta area..the previous owner who opened it had visions of Grandeur..at least 8 or 10 foot massage chairs in this nice spacious room..very nice colors ..very relaxing.. The original owner had a hard time getting employees and I never saw over 2 people there including the owner..now the current owners keep more people now..down side is it is hard to find parking..lot is always crowded..my foot massage was very good .. problem was, she had her little daughter who kept coming in the room and whispering or roaming around the room .. very distracting. took her over 10 minutes to come to start the session..didn't short me on time though......my advice is, if you bring your young child to work, then tell her to stay out of the room.. get her something in the back room to keep her entertained.. read more

My husband and I went for foot massages and we were extremely disappointed. In a word, this place is very unprofessional. We paid $40 each for the head to toe reflexology massage and only received a massage on our feet. They never massaged our arms or shoulders or hands - the way it is described on their website. After losing our reservation and having to wait for an hour, we were finally brought back to the massage room where their little girl was watching TV on a projector. We had to ask them to turn it off. No one wants to listen to preschool cartoons while trying to relax! I honestly was stunned that I even had to ask. My husband's masseuse was reading his phone and massaging his feet with one hand until I asked him to stop. Hardly relaxing! Midway through our massage the music turned off. We are giving two stars because my husband felt the massage was good when they tried. I pay for not only the massage but the experience. Booked 2 massages and 2 foot massages for my Mom and I. They assumed it was a couples massage because they put us in a room together. Once the massage began, the women talked the entire time. Even after we said something that only paused the conversation. Overall the massage wasn't even good, the worst we've had out of the numerous times we have been there. Then to top it all off when we did not tip, the girl stopped us walking out the door and asked us for a tip! By the time my massage was ending, I was wondering where the web cam was. It was really odd. My therapist, in addition to having communication issues, kept exposing me despite my protests. She also climbed onto the massage table with me, including straddling the back of my head to knead my completely exposed bare butt, even though I told her my issues were with my upper back. She left the door open in the middle of the massage to go get hot towels, and she left it open again when the massage was complete. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. As my friend put it, the place should be called Compton Massage, not Beverly Hills Massage. read more

This place has the potential to be something, but I don't think the staff is quite up to. When you walk in it is very nice and clean. However, there was no one to greet us, and we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out. When they did they were not very friendly or overly helpful. They first led us back into the wrong room ( we made appointments for the foot massage). Once we got to the foot massage room there was a little girl watching tv on a projector quite loud. I figured once they settled us in they would move her,t hat did not happen and I had to ask. They looked at me like I was crazy, but the point of a relaxing massage is not to hear cartoons or I could have stayed at home with my own children. They put our feet in water for almost 10 minutes. They started the actual massage at 11:07 and were finished by 11:50. Between the guys stuffy nose he couldn't seem to go blow, the phone ringing, and them occasionally talking it wasn't my best foot massage. I would have complained but I'm not sure it would have mattered, and my friend who is way more agreeable then I was ready to go. I was really hoping for great things from this place, because I normally drive much farther south for a good massage. Hopefully the criticism and reviews get through to them. read more

The people who give the massages here are good. My issue is with a 240.00 gift card that was given to me last Christmas for this business. I had two 70.00 massages there, and I went to get a third. When I pulled it out to pay I was told only 30.00 was on the card. The card, btw, was a business card with a number. They looked up the number in a notebook, and told me based on the previous owner's notes, there was only 30.00 on the card. I had no proof otherwise. I asked to speak with the current owner, but they won't let me. The women who are there speak very limited English, and I wasn't totally sure they understood what the problem was. They did text me a week later, after I had followed up with a call, and said to please be patient. It is now another week later and Iveheard nothing. Update, they did finally let me know that they would give me one massage. Not what was on my gift card...but at least that did that . read more

On 6 April 2018, I scheduled a therapeutic massage with Beverly Hill Massage, at 871 Dawsonville Hwy, # 970, Gainesville, GA. Their web (http://www.beverlyhillsmassage.net) and sign for one a hour massage ranges from $60 and up. This is deceptive advertising. Upon checking out I paid the $60 for the advertised massage. Then, I was told the $60 was for the owner and the LMT worked on tips only. Now you are made to feel guilty for not tipping the LMT. Therefore, Beverly Hills Massage is deceiving customers that you receive a massage for advertise prices you are only renting the room for $60 an hour. This is false advertising. read more

Went for a deep tissue massage for trigger point back pain. I got a good massage, but it wasn't like the 30 previous deep tissue massages I have had in my life. It was more just pushing hard over all and then rubbing the tendons hard, which hurt a little after a while. Overall, it was relaxing, but my trigger points are still tight. I tried to talk to the oriental lady about the tight spots on my back, but her English wasn't sufficient to get my point across. My guess would be that she isn't trained in deep tissue. The place was nice and clean and people friendly and I did leave a good tip. read more

I was excited when I saw the reviews, but I had a HORRIBLE experience. The massage was NOT good; it hurt! She used her knuckles on my bones, the towels actually burned, and she kept trying to sell me on things I did not want, like cupping, saying I needed it. It seemed as if she had no idea what she was doing. She actually punched my legs. She put her knee on the table and it pinched the skin on my arm. She only rubbed my feet by using her knuckles and popped my toes. I have bruises already. After it was done, I handed her cash with a tip, even though I did not feel it was worth it. She told me the amount I gave her was just for the massage and I owed at least $15 more for gratuity! She said she gave me a deep tissue, which I did not ask for! I like light to medium pressure and I had confirmed with her on the phone that I would pay $90 total. She pulled out a gratuity guide and said that was the amount I owed her for a deep tissue and required gratuity. I had now given her all the cash I had and she told me to use a card to pay more. When I refused, she yelled at me saying I asked for deep tissue and pointed at a paper that just had my name on it. This went on for a while before she stormed off and closed the door behind her.
