Met with ATT rep late this afternoon at Big Hollow store. It's unfortunate my experience was so…read moreunsatisfactory, because I entered the store wanting to pay off an account for my son (I was on it) and intended to open a new one in my own name. The rep's name was Kaleb I believe. He was the only rep and I was the only customer. But he wouldn't even look me in the eye. Kept wanting to watch the TV on the wall and made that very clear. Also bought a gadget (wireless charger) that I needed and didn't even get a thank you. Just kept staring at the TV. Guess he saw little commission in this 5 minute interaction, but I would have been interested in additional services had he not acted like I was annoying him by drawing him away from his favorite television programming. Currently have internet through Xfinity a few doors away, and have been very happy with their customer service at their local store. I'll take my future business there.

After having my iPhone 8 rear facing camera fixed by this facility I return home with the phone…read morewith a surprise of the home screen button being non-functional. I returned to the facility to be informed by the manager after having my phone for an hour that they are unable to fix the home screen button. The manager claims that his tech taking my phone apart to fix the camera is not related to the home screen button. I'm aware of the fact that they are 2 different functions. But what I'm explaining to him is the fact that the home screen button was fine until his tech repaired my phone. Holding no accountability I was sent on my way. A $800 phone is useless because of a $60 repair. How is that fair to me as a customer that trusted your facility to repair my phone?? Just literally picked my phone up from this this morning paid 131.96 for a new screen there is…read morelight coming out of the side of the screen I took it back in same day I picked it up mind you and they told me it was fine when we gave it to you obviously not cus I literally put my SIM card back in it seen the screen coming out of the case and brought it here......said nothing they can do unless I wanna pay more money and I should probably just buy a good case to cover the sides up this is literally crazy if u arnt going to fix my phone like I paid for I should get a refund n also was told the new screen I just paid for had a whole year warranty.....so why would I have to pay more money for you to fix what I just showed u was t right when I picked the phone up from being fixed only 4 hours ago..... Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there
