NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!!! FRAUD/SCAM/CONFIDENCE SCHEME/FENCE FOR STOLEN GOODS!!!…read more I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro from ALL Wireless on August 8, 2024, after being assured by the seller, Godwin Techie, that it was brand new and legitimate. However, I discovered that the phone is listed on the stolen registry and is completely unusable. I paid $600 in cash and am now demanding an immediate refund, but so far, no resolution. This store is two and a half hours away from me, and this situation has been a complete nightmare. Well, guess what, I was told I could get a $25 plan, and I could buy a new phone for around $100. No restrictions were communicated at that time! The first month and since my bill has been just under $50, no where near $25. That's happened three months in a row. I was going to go to Consumer cellular, and I talked to some arrogant as that I was locked into the service for a year and they wouldn't release my account. Yep, first time I had heard that. Three months in a row I have paid $48 for service, and again this month I was told my next bill would be $25. I have a feeling I am still being lied to. I do not appreciate what the cellular companies are doing to customers and getting by with it. My bill next month is finally supposed to be $25 but I bet that's more bullshit! It needs to stop! I want an apology and a full refund and release of my phone number that I have had for most of my life! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, I'm not stupid and I don't appreciate being played for stupid! Beware!!! Go first to Consumer Cellular. Just wish they would get stores faster across America. I left them because I hated going to Target and very glad they have made the decision, just wish they would move faster!
