Fantastic service from the team at in-toto Cheltenham. Nothing was too much trouble with the design service and the designer had all the time in the world for our various changes and questions. The finished result mirrored the computer generated visuals we were presented almost perfectly. read more

Quality kitchen spoilt by poor project management... We had heard good things about Intoto from friends and were pleased with their design and initial approach. However the kitchen fitting was a catalogue of broken promises, mishandling of orders, and shoddy quality control. Our stress levels were as high as the cost of the kitchen. After much chivvying and many return visits we now have a kitchen that we are happy with but we won't be going to Intoto again. read more

Well dispite our house sale falling through a week before completion I cannot fault the service of…read morePeter and Ball. They sold my house within 3 weeks I had about 20 veiwings in that period After every viewing they gave me feedback within 24 hours.. There aftersales service kept me and hubby and imformed at all times and we always spoke to the same person 90% of the time getting straight through or she would return our call within the day.. Even when things started to go wrong she kept me sane and calm.!

Project has met no deadlines, taking 3 years over the expected and planned complication date! Both…read moredriveways have had to be dug up and relayed due to poor workmanship. Our £100k kitchen has had to be partially removed because the floor incorrectly laid...which then lead to it having to be refitted and painted! Would not recommend using this company!
