2 breaches of health+safety,broken bathroom tiles & a team that don't listen to the customer.Had 4…read morewindows changed & asked for EVERYTHING to be changed from brown to white.Despite even pointing to the cills,my cills were not replaced.Apparently that was my fault for not saying I wanted the cills changed.Salesman's fault for not guiding me.Had 2 broken bathroom tiles & wasn't even told.My kids almost cut themselves before I found them.Was without child restrictors for 2 wks when we have a disabled child.When asking for what I asked for & threatening a negative review I was accused of blackmail!
