HI had just parked and was walking in when I got a call saying I need to reschedule. My appointment was for a consult that's only 15 minutes long and there was a client scheduled right after me. She said anything beyond 10 minutes late has to be rescheduled. Understandable, but I was only 5 minutes late... Also, my initial appointment was scheduled for 3pm and they changed it to 2:45 pm without even giving a courtesy call to confirm the new time was ok. They just sent an automated text with the new appointment time. I left work early and had a bit of a drive to go there. The girl on the phone also had an attitude. I'm sure the services they provide are probably great but this whole experience totally turned me off from being a client there. They need to treat their customers better.

They followed my friends and I around the store before confronting us and made me pay full price. Then offered me to keep the dirty used product...really? Sample products are marked from inventory to be used and then disposed of. I paid for a product and received nothing for that payment.... I will unfortunately not be returning and reccomend that store policies be posted clearly for customers as asserting them at will feels dishonest and uncomfortable.

They carry…read moreseveral natural hair products which I am familiar with such as, As I Am Coconut Cowash & Curls UnLeashed. However, I ran across a product line I was not familiar with called Eden Body Works. After doing a little research I decided that I would try it after I looked into it more. The store also carries a multitude of other hair accessories from combs, brushes, curlers, blowdryers & more. This is a plus because it's a one stop shop. Another great thing is that they carry nail polishes and the color spectrum is very good. Lots of choices. During my visit, I brought a co wash, satin bonnet and my fav. buy, 1970 Afro pick with the Fist & Peace sign... Oh My Heavens, I could not believe that.... I always wanted one of those picks in the 70s but never got one . Homage 2 Angela Davis... Would recommend Sally's, it has improved over the years & the cost is compatible to other hair supply stores from my opinion.
