Our group of friends rented a cabin on the wine trail and the girls hit up this place for yoga and massages. Both were fantastic! I loved my massage from Beckie. She was my therapy fairy. The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. So if you book both make sure you leave enough time in between so you are not rushed the way we were. read more

Made an appointment to have a spa manicure because I read they carried Zoya nail care products. It took me forever to get an appointment. Every time I called no one would answer. Well I got lucky this last time and made my appointment. The place is nice. Looks like someone's house with rooms. The Zoya retail area was small with old discontinued polishes. The manicurist made excuses saying she hdsn't been pulled in by any of the new collections yada yada yada. Fact is, the new collections are far superior color wise to the old lady colors she had there. Well anyway.. The spa manicure started with a sugar scrub over a sink. I could have done this myself and have typically done these myself. Next I had my hands dipped in parafin. The wax felt good on my hands. Then we sat down and she peeled the wax off one hand and started my manicure. She filed with a typical cheap cardboard filer (not the usual crystal or glass most high end salons use) and left little uneven edges which I pointed out to her. She haphazardly "fixed" it, clipped my cuticle which was now bleeding, cleaned up the nail area.. then put on my base coat (which I noticed was NOT a base coat but actually Zoya's Armour top coat) I questioned her about it and she just laughed and said she did that kind of thing all the time. NO big deal, the base and top coat are the same (which they ARE NOT!) She then moved on to the other hand. Peeled off the wax and proceeded with my manicure (she did a better job with the right hand) I then picked out a polish which was old as hell, saw her shake the bottle (which YOU NEVER DO because shaking causes bubbles) and applied the polish in two sloppy coats, bubbles begining to form followed by a huge drop of Zoya's Hurry Up N Dry Drops on each finger. I have never had a manicure so bad. The usual place I go with non-English speakers does a much better job then this "spa". read more

I've had good experiences with massages at In Sync. In fact, I bought my favorite blankets there when they were selling soft fleeces in beautiful colors and patterns. I appreciate the friendly and accommodating presence of In Sync and I wish them great success. read more
