The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. They said yes at first and while enroute to their office I get a text that says they can't service me. Upset and disappointed again I decide to go to Walgreens and check my temp. My temp is 97.7 the average body temp is 98.6. Just Sad. Guess I'll wait to get back home and get my massage.

My friend knows I'm super particular and basically a muscle bound mess as I hold stress inward as opposed to the alternative. I was met by a friendly receptionist, offered a warm pack for my neck and then introduced to Robert. I was pre-warned that Robert was imposing of stature and very knowledgeable in his trade. He greeted me with a warm country drawl that is as soothing and inviting as his workspace. My space for the next hour! I will say that normally if I cannot get in for a 90 min session I just as soon not have one. Most therapist just begin to break through my ridiculous fascia/muscles by the 50th minute. When Robert was finished I thought I had actually been there for an hour and a half. He was able work literally magic on me. I was so impressed that I would actually give up a few of my sessions in Cali to fly here for one of his! If I can give him a six starI would!

I had a massage there yesterday. I had placed my services I wanted in the website ($120 full body…read moremassage). I did not check for any additional services. So went in and had the massage. First time here at this massage place. The lady who gave the massage did the massage... and during it done some things I didn't want or ask for kind of inappropriate. After the massage I went to cash out.... They had me extra services on there o didn't ask for (back deep tissue etc) and tried to get me to leave $100 tip. I tried explaining to her that's not what I signed up for on the websites. I wanted the package that I got and she then claimed she didn't speak English...her English is broken. She didn't understand.. (And today i am worse off than I was with bruises on my back and legs from the massage.) So I was charged $158 just to get the hell out of there and I just wanna make sure that anybody else that goes here does not get overcharged or services they didn't ask for and if you're in for a happy ending, good for you....I was not.
