I had an EV charger installed and the process took a little longer than expected because the paperwork was submitted incorrectly. Daric chased down the issue and made sure that all was handled accordingly. Tanner, who installed the EV charger was great and the follow up inspection done by Sunshine sealed the deal. Both of them were phenomenal, professional and covered all questions that I had in regards to the EV charger. To add, not often do you find companies where the owner jumps in to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with their work and their customer service. Daric proudly stood by the work/product and represented his company really well. That in itself is why I would recommend The Electric Company. In closing, I'd like to say that Brenna (the office manager), needs to learn what being part of a management team means. When a mistake happens with a customer and it's the company's fault, as a manager, you don't point fingers at the other employees or the previous manager (Rhonda) who hasn't worked there for the better part of a year plus. As management, you should handle it to the best of your ability so that your reputation as a manager stays in tact along with the company's reputation. Having bad phone etiquette, no follow up and playing the blame game never serves anyone in any establishment and can and will only contribute to a company's future failures. He changed the battery for us and made sure the smoke detector that we thought was chirping was installed correctly. We so appreciated is kindness in not charging for his time do those two minimal things for us and for being so honest.
