I would never recommend anyone go to this stylist. This was my first and absolutely last visit. I…read moresaw LINDA W., who happened to be the only stylist available at the time. From the moment I sat down, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She didn't listen to anything I asked for, cut me off mid-sentence, and spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I didn't know what I wanted with my own hair. When I explained the style I wanted, she immediately told me it wouldn't look good -- not in a helpful or constructive way, but in a way that made me feel belittled. Then, instead of working with me or offering alternatives, she went ahead and did the exact opposite of what I asked for. The result? A completely botched haircut that I now have to get fixed elsewhere and spend another couple hundred. This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and honestly humiliating. Save yourself the trouble -- I would not recommend her to anyone.

That first appointment with Jess I immediately felt comfortable with her. My hair was gray (my choice) and every stylist I went to before Jess led off with hair color options before my butt even hit their chair. Jess was the ONLY hair stylist who didn't do this. I trust Jess implicitly and she's helped me find my way through different styles throughout the years. And yes, even the occasional hair color (again, my choice, no pushiness from Jess ever). She also found a way to keep me looking decent when I was on chemo. We've been through a lot hair-wise (and other-wise!) Jess and I, so much so that I call her my "hair miracle worker". Jess has an amazing gift and I'm happy to see her sharing it. Please don't miss out!

It is a cozy and tasteful place, all sheeshee and dolled up, tiny but with the services of a "big girl" location. My first cut was on point, and I was VERY happy (dang, as I write, I can't remember my stylist name! But I loved her). Their massage/facial services are on the pricy point, so if I try them out, they better stand up to the cost (I've had services for less at a Ritz Carlton... yes, they are pricy), BUT if they are THAT good, then BRING IT! I'll try other places before I pick "my place". But this little tucked away gem, so far, is in the race!
