Absolutely amazing care! The office staff is always super friendly and understanding if I'm running a few minutes behind. I'm currently in tremendous pain but when I'm on the table they know exactly how to not only relive my pain temporarily but help me forget I was in a wreck. In Motion Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Sacramento, California

Nice family owned practice and fixed my back pain multiple times. This is my go to spot for lower back pain.

I have been going here since 2019 when I moved to the area and needed a chiropractor in a pinch (pun intended!). Dr. Hein has ALWAYS helped me out with whatever issues I've had. He's truly a magician; he told me once, just by looking at me, that I must have slept in a strange position for a long time; THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED! How did he know!?!? Because he's an expert, that's how. The office has always been warm and welcoming. They also have tables that roll your back out and make you feel amazing. This place is truly a hidden gem and they even take insurance!!! I mean WHAT?! I can't say enough good things about this establishment and Dr. Hein and his wife. If you're in need of a chiropractor, you MUST give this wonderful place a try, trust me you will not regret it. Thank you so much Dr. Hein for always helping me out, I sincerely appreciate you. - Kyle read more

Always great, been going here for years. My mom, aunt, grandmother, and I have all been and all highly recommend In motion chiropractic. Usually available for appointments same day or the next day. read more

Amy has the gentlest, most magical touch. I have walked in hunched over, barely able to move, and half an hour later, I'm walking upright again and ready to get back to living! She doesn't push or throw her weight into it, either. She takes her time and uses her expertise to gently nudge everything into alignment. I highly recommend this practice! read more

After being turned away from a supposed walk-in chiropractic chain earlier in the day. I needed immediate care on a Saturday. I had a very different experience here. They were so kind. I was in a lot of pain. They gave me gentle treatment with stim and massage and were very comforting. Highly recommend! read more

I had a really bad back problem that felt like a pinch nerve and they were able to give me relief! If it wasn't for them I would probably still be walking hunched over or crawling on the floor just to get out of bed. I would definitely recommend getting your back adjusted by them. read more

Their experience, care, and customer service really sets them apart from other Chiropractors. They are really helping me to get back on track! read more

Oh my goodness Amy helped me with an issue I've been having for months. After seeing her for only one session the pain I was experiencing all down the left side of my body, from neck down to my hip, has improved DRASTICALLY. I can't wait to go back and see how much more progress we can make. The price is super reasonable also, definitely recommend this place. read more

I enjoy the atmosphere and flexibility of this establishment. Dr. Marc is one of the best doctors that I have seen in my lifetime. He has an attitude of being 'family' towards his patients and this profession needs MORE doctors like him read more

They are awesome! I normally don't get my body cracked, but they make it so easy and comfortable! I finally decided to let the crack my back, I was soo glad I did! It helped the recovery part so much faster. I came here due to a car accident and my brother referred us to them. It's super quick and easy. They make you feel very comfortable. The husband and wife are a great duo! They are quick to get to everyone, I normally come in after work and they know and remember everyone! Get everyone moving along. I didn't really use the roller machine because it made me very nauseated, so I would sit in the massage chair instead. The place is cool. It's not super high tech or modern looking, but decent place and I trust them. You can hear them talking to other patients, the walls are built to make different rooms, but not for privacy. I think that's how chiropractic places are, because it's pretty obvious why one is at a chiro office. My bf is a pretty big guy, 6'4 with big broad shoulders over 230 lbs and they were able to crack his back. Amy, the wife, she's tiny, but mighty. Don't let her looks fool you. My bf would have Lower back pains and Amy and her husband did a great job adjusting his back, he would feel much better. He did a walk in for $50 bucks the first time and then $25 or something like that for repeats, but I'm not sure, it's been awhile. Prices could've changed. Would recommend! read more

One day I needed to be seen by my regular chiropractor. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and I wouldn't be able to see her for 2 days. No good. So I googled who's the best and sure enough it was true. In Motion was able to see me right away and fix my problem. Not only were they accommodating. But the service they provided was excellent and the price was half of what I was paying before. My other chiropractor was a crack and go. But at In Motion u get so much more. I had to travel a little further but it is worth it. I highly recommend In Motion chiropractic. read more

This place is a hidden gem of all chiropractic services in Sacramento. Today was my third visit and again, the Pham's do not disappoint. I walked in (with no appointment) at 9am when they first opened, and they were there on time and started to work on me right away. This husband and wife team are very personable and work on you relieving any issues you may have with muscles or joints. Though they mostly get their referrals from car insurance accidents, they work very well on every type of persons, in my case it's from sports (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). I just tell them what is wrong with me, what hurts and they go to work. They have machines that get your back in motion, they have electro-stimulus machines for your muscles, deep tissue massage machines, bio-freeze, etc... All included. That's what's great about this place, they don't nickel and dime you, they just use what works on you (at the time). I had an ankle injury (for 6 months) which they adjusted and I swear it was 100% better the next day. My shoulders, my neck, all adjusted and feels great right after the treatment. This place has a 'mom and pop' feel to it. The couple is very laid back and they work with most insurance (I have Kaiser). They have excellent customer service, and I have never felt that they try to up-sale me into anything. Most chiropractic places I've been to try to say: if you buy a package of 10, your price will be cheaper; or most places will try to schedule you to come in 2-3 times a week for the next 6 weeks. Not this place, they fix you, send you off and you comeback when you want. I'm sure they'll suggest how many times you should see them, but as a sports person, it was more like whenever I felt like I needed work on. A++ read more

I have been a patient of this office for 10 plus years now. Amy and Hien have seen me at my lowest when I could not walk and seen me at my best when I got back on my feet. I still come to the office religiously. It is the best place for adjustment, treatment and sometimes for relaxation. I always had a great experience and always felt welcomed. Amy and Hien are the only two chiropractors I trust. Thank you for being the best! read more

I feel really lucky to have found Dr Hein. I had initially contacted him when I had a lot of pain and motion restriction in my knee, and my regular chiropractor was not available. After my first treatment from him on the knee, it felt more stable than it had been in probably five years. He's also really helped with some hip and neck issues I've been having. He's great at spotting where something is off, and he puts a lot more time and care into his treatments than any other chiropractor I've had. read more

Love this place, gives great service, always fits you in when needed and does not just come in for 5mins and then leaves. They actually assess what is happening and what you may need. read more

Amy has been helping me with my back pain since January of this year. I'm incredibly busy and hustle between work, family and community involvement so I realllllyyyyyy look forward to my chiro appointments because she takes great care of me. I typically sign in and Amy put these electronic pluses on the areas that hurt, massages those areas, adds gel to smooth the tense muscles, adjust the spine and neck and then puts me on a roller so the back is nice and stretched. The service typically lasts about an hour and is absolutely amazing. I'm not going anywhere because I know how hard it is to find great care like this. read more

Very nice people. I had bad neck and shoulder pain...Did a walk in and they fixed me. Didn't take long, took about 30 to 45 mins. I would recommend read more

This place is great. It's small but extremely welcoming. Both owners are fantastic and really care about their clients. I went in with severe lower back pain. It was so bad that my torso was bent to the right, very noticeable. They got me in really quickly and he did his absolute best. I made great progress until it decided to lock up on me and I went down to my hands and knees from standing up. He saw it and went back to work again. I've has back issues for 5 years or so. I left still bent but it is healing much quicker and the pain is much more manageable now. For one session he did so fantastic. I mean, he's up against 5 years of back issues. I could tell he was sad that it wasn't 100% corrected, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. I highly recommend this place. I will go back frequently to combat this back pain. read more

I have been going to In Motion Chiropractic for 3 years now. My mom first brought me here as I was having problems with sciatica. I met Dr. Amy Pham and Dr. Hien Pham and felt right at home. They are a dynamic duo. Their office is warm and inviting and they make you feel like family. Before beginning a session Dr. Hein asks what area is causing pain. I'm pretty vague in my response as I say "everything " but it always amazes me how he can pin point the areas of discomfort. He gets me started on the Electrotherapy machine; which relaxes the muscle. The electrotherapy portion goes by quickly as Dr. Hein always provides great conversation whether its on the assessment of your back or current news. After electrotherapy he starts the adjustment. Yes you will hear crack, snap and pop but don't be alarmed it is normal ! Dr. Hein finishing touch is applying a bit of biofreeze in the affected areas and sends you on your way. I always feel a lot lighter and taller after my session. What I love about In Motion Chiropractic is that they never try to push you to schedule another session or try to sell you products which makes more inclined to comeback. They have affordable prices and accept most insurances (Kaiser). I highly recommend In Motion Chiropractic if you are suffering from back pain or discomfort they will snap you back into place :) read more

My husband is a personal injury lawyer who has contacts with many chiropractors around town. Whenever he himself needs care, he goes to Hien. He literally crawled from my car in to Dr. Hien's office today, but walked out upright. Prompt and efficient service. He always fits him in to his schedule. read more

Had my first visit yesterday and they were fantastic. Thorough, kind and they billed my insurance. Would highly recommend.

1st visit today, but I scheduled my appointment for next week, so that speaks volumes! Dr Hien was very thorough and his customer service was excellent (made me feel very comfortable). Today I woke up with a "kink" in my neck, it was truly terrible. Dr Hien did some adjustments (worked his magic) and although my kink is not completely gone, it sure feels 50% better! So glad I took the time out for me/my health, it was worth it!!! read more

I absolutely love In Motion Chiropractic. I've been coming to their office for the past 13 years, at least twice a year. Each time I come in a complete mess from sitting at a desk for 9-12 hours a day, hour long commute to work/home, a very inactive lifestyle, and a really old, worn out bed. I've come in with my hips unaligned, a kink in my neck, my shoulders and back in pain... not to mention migraines... And I always walk out feeling like a whole new woman! I always look forward to being realigned again by Dr. Hein. This man has magic hands! He never disappoints! Overall, I highly recommend this office. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Hein for years and he and his wife always make us feel like family. I've recently moved to Antelope and I still make it a point to stop by and get my biannual realignment by Dr. Hein. He's worth the drive. read more

Amy is amazing! I have really bad back pain all over and she definitely puts in the effort to fix me. I don't feel rushed at all and it's not like those typical 5 minute sessions where they just crack your back and take your money. She actually tries to get rid of knots and relieve tension, along with doing adjustments! read more

Both Dr. Amy Pham and Dr. Hien Pham have helped me tremendously with my stiff neck. They are both thorough, professional, and all around just great. They both provide educational explanations as to what's going on with my back/neck and explain why they are doing certain adjustments. More importantly, I feel comfortable with them and trust them with my health. The end results are very positive and I highly recommend! read more

I am surprise that no one has review this place yet. I was referred by a family member in Sacramento. I came here for a quick adjustment. My back and neck was in pain. The two doctors are very friendly and their service was great. First, they had put me on a water bed and a traction bed. After that, they adjusted my neck and back. It felt great. One of the doctor gave me a little massage to release the tension on my neck and back. I felt better and relief after the treatment. They also gave me a sample of biofreee, a icy/hot gel, for me to use at home. I will definitely come back whenever I am in town. read more

These folks are crazy great! No they can't cure cancer at a glance but I've been super impressed by their manner, their care and their results. My husband and I have both been going here for about 5 years. And just today I felt moved to write a review because I've had this aching wrist for about two weeks. Not your typical chiropractic concern and I wasn't even going to go. I've done the ice, the tiger balm, even acupuncture and I thought, why not? I went and my wrist is markedly better tonight--not 100% but at least 50%. Very welcome relief. Totally recommend In Motion. Seriously. Give it a try read more

Hien and Amy are absolutely amazing! I used to have really bad lower back pain and pain in my neck and shoulders and my friend recommended them to me. I was surprised how much the first session helped after bearing through weeks of excruciating pain and I have been going to them ever since! I appreciate how professional they are and how they take time to really work on my problem areas. I look forward to coming in whenever I get the chance because I know when I leave after a session with them, I feel great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a chiropractor. So never thought I would use Yelp to get my new chiropractor, but here I am and what a good decision it was to go to this place. The office staff could not be nicer and Dr. Hein Pham could not be better suited to address my chiropractic needs. I appreciate the time and level of service I got on both my visits this week. It was not just a quick adjustment and you are out of there, it was several different types of treatments all of which the doctor made sure I understood and was comfortable with - will go back as needed; so glad to have a place not too far from where I live and happy to be a satisfied customer. read more
