Been going for years; best care around. At age 72, able to do what could do in my 20s, thanks to the Rhino doctors. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended, five (5) stars not enough read more

Excellent quality of care! Staff are knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and friendly. The decompression sessions helped reduce my back pain and I am able to walk/run again. I would recommend Rhino Chiropractic to anyone needing realignment, pain relief, and to regain mobility. Great team!! read more

Walked in to gather information as I have Kaiser insurance and my plan allows for in-network chiropractic care. I have Kaiser because as a disabled veteran, I don't trust the VA and chose different insurance. Due to my service, started feeling minor sciatic-type pain and just wanted a reliable place near my work place to possibly get adjusted. Well, I walked in today at approximately 3:40pm and instead of being greeted, I was approached by the rudest receptionist. I must've confused the office I called bc I told her I was the one who called and she's like "there's like different people who answer the phone so it wasn't me, who'd you talk to?" And proceeded to explain that I had Kaiser insurance. She cut me off and proceeded to smirk and say, "we don't even take Kaiser so it wasn't us." She was snarky and rude. I just walked out. I will also share with other veterans and staff and organizations in the area to steer clear of this establishment. Good riddens! Wow. read more

I have received routine maintenance chiropractic care from Dr Hansen for over 25 years. Recently I had a CT scan of my back. The radiologist noted degenerative condition due to age of my spine. When I met with my primary care physician I inquired about the degeneration of the spine. The response was that I had mild degeneration but that I am an 85 year old man with the spine of a 65 year old. I believe a lot of the credit for that goes to the routine chiropractic care I received from Dr Hansen. read more

I've been seeing a chiropractor since 2010 in the Bay Area and since we moved here in 2023, finding a chiro that has exactly what I need was challenging at first. I've tried several in the area, all served it's purpose. I drove by Rhino and been a patient here since Nov 2024. I suffered with lower back pain since giving birth to my 1st child (she's in her 30s now), and the DRX 9000 helped me! This is the real deal!!!! Then I tore my meniscus and started shockwave and PEMF treatment. Had to stop doing Crossfit Nov 2024 and now I'm back in Crossfit as of July 1st 2025. Every time I walk into the office, Angie is always smiling. She has a great personality and super friendly. Everyone is. Thank you Rhino for continuing to care for my body. read more

Dr. Ron is an amazing chiropractor. He listens and understands and is very knowledgeable on how the body works. Every adjustment I have had from Dr. Ron has been a huge relief!! I enjoy the whole team at Rhino Chiropractic they are very kind. Thank you. read more

This place will ripe you off. They change 2500 up front. Then after it's 190 dollars a month just to get your neck cracked for 5 mins. They will continue to change you even after you tell them you no longer want to continue your treatment plan. They have literally been changing me still to this day, almost three months later. My advice save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 months & I'm feeling so much better! The employees are super nice & remember you, & the chiropractors are skilled in what they do. Also, don't forget to use the vibration tables after your adjustment because they feel so good!! read more

I have suffered with chronic back problems for many years. Going through decompression and adjustments has kept me out of surgery. So thankful that I found Rhino chiropractic. read more

Not worth a penny for what they do plus they don't even clean or sanitize the equipment. I got talked into their contract at $2000 paid $300 for towards visit one, felt worse after 2nd visit and didnt go back they billed me for cancelling contract asking for another $400 I spoke with them and told them I had video of them not cleaning any equip and I reached a payoff amount of $160 I am glad to be rid of them. read more

I only made it to approximately three or four visits, and the first was included as the free evaluation. Beware of DrHansen, he jacked my back up read more

Don't bother coming for a DOT physical. He only approves one year certification not two years like every other legitimate doctor office. It's a DMV factory for commercial drivers license physicals. They, of course, won't say a word until you have paid. Very dissatisfied. Waste of $80. read more

Ive been going to Dr Hansen since he first came to Elk Grove and still do, Hes the best!!!!

The care here is excellent. If you're looking for the type of care that produce's results this is the place to visit. They are very experienced in the office they found what was wrong with my back and a solution to that problem in less then a day. Highly recommend read more

So I am now 5 months after treatment. Let me tell you I wish I came here when I fist had my hip pain. Because I think I could have avoided a my surgery. However I didn't and I broke my disc. So surgery was my only option. When going to the the Rhino chiropractor I was told I might not get full relief due to only having half a disc but it was worth the try. I am glad I took the risk and spent the money because let me tell you I feel normal. I do not have any pain. There are day I need an adjustment. But the 10/10 pain I was having on a daily is gone! I recommend all my friends and family who have back issues. And I know I'll sign up for treatments in the future to assure I maintain myself. This is not a cheap process but it's worth every penny!!! If I got relief and only have half a disc I know other can find relief. Hope my review helps you make a decision. read more

The staff was really friendly, the time to been helped was ok, waited for doctor for about 15 minutes when 1st in line but he did a good job

I highly recommend them enough. I came in for neck issues, and Dr. Ferguson introduced me to ITrac therapy to restore my neck's natural curve. The results have been amazing; better posture, more mobility, and lasting relief. He is knowledgeable, caring, and combines ITrac with traditional adjustments for a comprehensive approach. If you're dealing with neck problems or posture issues, this is the place to go! read more

From the second you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and special! The office staff are awesome. They genuinely care about how you are feeling. I've been a patient/ client for a year, coming every week for my treatments, which are typically the DRX machine and an adjustment by one of the 3 doctors, my favorite being Dr. Ron... but they're all great. The DRX has truly changed my life! That machine can take me from a pain score of 7 all the way down to a 3 with one session! I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't made the decision and commitment to being a healthier ME. This place, and these people, truly have changed my life! Tammy Hepfner read more

do not go to Rhino Chiropractic Center elk grove . They pressure you into long term contract . With No way out. Great staff, Dr Ferguson is a wonderful chiropractor and the DRX machine is incredible. I've had bad back pain for 30 years and found Dr Ferguson and I'm pretty much pain free today. DO NOT GO HERE!! They like to take advantage of the elderly! My elder father, 85 yrs old, went here for care, and they convinced him to sign up for a program that cost him over $1200 after medicare. When he got home and talked to me about it, he realized how much it was out of pocket and said he didn't have that much money. So when he returned to their office, they told him it was too bad. He has tried to talk to them several times, and they refuse to let him even talk to the office manager. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! read more

I don't understand how medical professionals can refuse to wear face masks, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic - is this not a requirement for our region, especially indoors? Why am I being told that they are not wearing masks, and furthermore, do not practice basic hygiene, such as washing hands, after sneezing (then touching patients)? read more

You're offered excellent care. Friendly workers. You'll be happy w/the results. Perfect environment. Keeps a smile on your face.

I have been suffering neck and shoulder pain for 20 years from sports injury. There are many chiropractors that i have been seeing but nothing really work. Dr Hansen helped me to start the road of recovery along with hot yoga and now I'm pain free. I would strongly recommend Dr Hansen to everyone. Thank you, Dr Hansen and his team. read more

I submitted paperwork online and requested a date to be scheduled. Not a phone call or an email for over two weeks. So I went in to talk to them and boy did this feel like some kind of cult-like setting. Super uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. Nobody was wearing a mask especially nobody working there. They wouldn't be able to even give me my first adjustment for at least two to three weeks. No thanks and over priced! read more

I have been seeing Dr Hansen for 20+ years I guess and he has absolutely saved my back. I'm sure without him I would have had surgery at least once. I am so grateful for his care. read more

I went through a 6 week intensive for decompression and adjustment and saw improvement in the before and after x-rays, particularly in my neck, which only got adjustment and not decompression. I decided to continue going weekly and can tell by the end of the week I would like to get back. Doctor always wears a mask when working on me when I ask, as would the attendees. They have it all there. Short to no wait on a decompression table as they have several, doctors for adjustments, ice pack area, neck equipment, x-ray machine, and more. read more

just nowNEW I came to Dr. Hansen and made it clear from the start that I've been to other Chiropractors and have never had any relief. The other two Chiropractors were neck crackers and Dr. Hansen is far from that. He takes regular x-rays to see what kind of treatment would be best and to calibrate the treatment he's been providing. His staff is amazing, I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in the door, everybody knows your name at Rhino! My headaches are gone and the range of motion in my neck has returned to normal. I decided to invest in my health and I'm feeling better for it thanks to Dr. Hansen and his staff. read more

My mother had a personal injury incident and the gal, Sabrina answering the front desk took all my info and details of the accident and told me she'd call me back. After a few minutes, she called back and stated they cannot take our specific personal injury case. That's very suspicious leaning; perhaps borderline racist, after taking down my name and info along with my mothers. Shouldn't Sabrina have a general idea and/or a list of injury cases that her office takes on? I wouldn't recommend this place for that reason. Perhaps if my name was Bartholomew J. Smith they would have stated otherwise, but it seems highly unlikely. You can call my review fake for calling it out as racism but this is the way I'm objectively seeing it. Who cares what the injury was? An injury is an injury and a Chiropractors duty is to manage and get to the root problem of a patients pain. Perhaps this office doesn't see the monetary value in this specific case, which goes to show the lack of any morality within the chiropractic industry. Perhaps there are good ones out there with some moral courage, but this office is not one of them. read more

Dr. Ferguson is the best at what he does! I was in such pain every day with a shoulder and neck issue. Since seeing Dr. Ferguson I am enjoying life again and my pain is no longer being covered up with Motrin and muscle relaxers. I recommend Dr. Ferguson for natural healing!!! read more

They can't even take your call seriously. As soon as they asked how they could help before I got a breath out they put me on hold. I told Desiree how customers should be a priority she apologized then called me "hun". What makes you think that's ok? I told her I didn't want to be referred to as "hun" and the conversation went down from there. And before she hung up she called me hun again. So I called back and she hung up on me. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks. read more

Not worth it. My husband went here after tweaking his back. The first appointment they took x-rays but didn't even look at him but charged us for the x-rays. Then second appointment they went over the x-rays and adjusted him and charged us for the adjustment even though they said insurance would pay for the first 20. Then they proceeded to try to get us to pay for a full 76 adjustment plan up front. Definitely only care about the money and not finding out why people are there in the first place. I realize my husbands x-rays showed more than the initial reason for the appointment but he in now in more pain than he went in with and can barely stand or sit without pain, numbness, and dizziness. He had NONE of this when he went in. read more

ThIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! REAL FREEDOM FIGHTERS!! THE PANDEMIC IS OVER AND I DONT NEED SOME LIBTARDS TRIPPEN OFF SOME MASK THAT DONT EVEN PROTECT YOU!! So everyone commenting about the no mask wearing go take your liberal self somewhere else cuz we dont want you around us anyway! This chiropractor place is SO caring and attentive !! My second treatment on the DRX 9000 has already got me feeling better after years of pain because of spurs in my spine and a sideways spine! Geeze !! I left feeling no pressure in my head which has been there a while due to my messed up spine! This place is definitely NOT for the spineless!! Love it!! read more

Don't go here unless you want to be indoctrinated with anti-vaccine and ableism propaganda. I had to stop my treatment that I had already paid for because I couldn't bring my autistic child into the office with me without his self esteem being torn to shreds. He was told that the fundamental part of him that makes him special is just a disease caused by vaccines, and Dr. Hansen was constantly pressuring me to let him "cure" my son every time I went to get adjusted. Chiropractic care can do wonders to help people on the spectrum with certain challenges that they face, but to tell my little boy that they want to change something that he's very proud of being because it's a bad thing to be who he is? That's not ok. I'd rather lose the money I spent on my own treatment than to allow my child to be subjected to emotional abuse every time we went to this terrible place. read more

Like most people who want your business, the office will be very friendly. We started out with a family and was given a package for unlimited visits at a discounted price. We had 4 family members as patients for over a year. When only one member was able to continue, the staff became very unfriendly and inflexible. The charged me about 3/4 of the price it used to cost for all four of us and told me I was now limited to only one visit per week instead of the twice a week I had been going. I was also told that if I choose to make that 2nd visit on any given week I would have to pay an additional fee up front before the treatment. This did not seem right, so I asked for Dr. Hansen to call me and he never did. I wrote letters and emailed asking to speak about a compromise in the plan and price and never received a response to many attempts. I guess the business practice of this office is that if you are on a higher paying group package, you are a welcome patient. If not, your business is apparently not appreciated. We took our entire family and signed up with Greco for a fraction of the price and were treated like we were welcome to come in multiple times as necessary. Wish we found Greco earlier instead of giving the years worth of business to an office that in the end did not appreciate it. read more

If I could give a minus star, I certainly would. I am not going so far as to say that this "doctor" is a charlatan, but I can certainly say that he took nearly $5,000 of my money for what he basically referred to as an "essential promise" to reduce/eliminate my back pain (his words) that did NOT occur. In fact, I would say that my back pain is worse now. I agree that the staff is warm and welcoming - and indeed very accommodating regarding patients. My "beef" is that after looking at initial X-rays, he (Dr. Hansen) essentially promised that he could reduce my chronic back pain. That did not happen. In fact, I would say that the pain is worse now. Maybe if you have insurance that will pay for the approximate minute the "doctor" spends "adjusting" you, go for ir, But, please do NOT buy into the 18 month spinal "expansion" I believe they call it - that provided me no relief whatever. Read the other reviews; perhaps their back pain was less chronic than mine or was/is less severe. I wish .you all the best of luck. PS - my pain is in the thoracic area of the spine; apparently, operations are of no success in this part of the back. good luck! read more

My daughter had a back spasm, and was looking for some relief. We made an appointment and went in. The "free consultation" is actually $70 because they insist on taking x-rays (which I'm against for kids who are still growing, but they refused to give her an adjustment without the x-rays so we felt we had no choice). Then they told us that we would have to make another appointment and plan to be there for 2 hours (!) so they could review the "findings" with us, and THEN on the third appointment, if we signed up for their plan, they'd adjust her. They also made us watch a video that claimed that people get cancer because their spine is out of adjustment, and people who go to the chiropractor don't get cancer. Which is a statement that is so irresponsible and lacking in any scientific basis, it's almost breathtaking. Bottom line, this is a money-making racket. We did not go back for their 2-hour meeting. Instead, I chalked the $70 visit for nothing up to an expensive lesson, and we found another chiropractor who adjusted my daughter right away to give her some relief. (After 2 visits to the other chiropractor, she's feeling good as new, by the way.) read more

When I was there, neither the office staff nor the doctors wore masks. Clearly, they aren't willing to endure a little inconvenience/discomfort to ensure patient safety or comply with a county health order. This is unacceptable for a health clinic of any kind. Maybe they don't think masks are effective, but how difficult is it to wear one, just as an extra measure of safety? I've been wearing a mask all day, every day for months. It's no big deal. read more
