I've attached some pictures to back-up my statements. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. After asking some questions about locations, he was able to move some guys around to get it done within a couple hours of my call. If that wasn't good enough, they beat every pricing quote I was given prior speaking with them. Everything was securely wrapped before loading and delivered in the same condition. They even connected my washer for me and let me know what piece I needed to set up the dryer. Their kindness, professionalism and care is exceptional. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!

They also attempted to hook up my washer and dryer. The first time we used it we ended up with a flooded laundry room. Another bonus feature I didn't request was one of the helpers spending the day constantly farting--inside and outside my new home. Nothing says "fresh start" like walking into a cloud of regret. Second, I had to ask multiple times for them to wrap the computer screen on my peloton. It was loaded into the truck still unwrapped, but they finally did it as I stood there and watched. But the biggest mess up was them failing to wrap a new expensive leather chair that I told them when we walked through the house to wrap and that it was expensive...to please be careful. Well, they didn't wrap it, and I didn't monitor every move. (And my husband was occupied with renting a carpet cleaner and fixing the sink being knocked off the wall!) I was devastated to find my chair with BLACK SHARPIE on it that transferred over from a box sitting on it!!! Of course no ownership was taken. The response from Cornelius was that they had pads, but they couldn't leave them with us. What?!? We had plastic wrap leftover that wasn't used! Nor did he ask me if I had other blankets!!! Of course other items were damaged and broken like both of my kids' desks and a chunk taken out of my son's nightstand due to poor packing and not wrapping. I posted another chair too. They nearly pulled off the corner of my house (all damage to our 1926 bungalow not visible in picture). I called the mangement and they refused to provide insurance details. In fact, some one from the company came to my house without our permission to attempt to "fix" the damage. It cost us $1200 to repair which we filed with our homeowners - but we were still out the $500 deductible. I don't think they are actually insured.
