I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. Did not go for the real dark stuff. Went with a 30% tint and it looks elegant. The plan was to leave the car there and get a ride there and back but my ride fell through. They graciously offered to drop me off at a coffee shop so I could continue working. I took them up on the offer. They also picked me up when the car was finished. The result was great. Dropped the car off mid-morning and it was ready at the end of the day. Once I took a look at what the car I was blown away at the upgraded look. They walked me through the warranty that I receive with the product and even gave me a solid deal because I got both services done together. Based on the quality of the work I'd say it was a good value. They even answered questions I had about potential ppf vs protective coatings should I chose to use them for that in the future. Took my new car in for a full vehicle PPF and ceramic. When I came to pick it up, there were a few…read morespots on the car that where the wrap wasn't tucked as I would have expected, some bubbling on the mirror and a small scratch on the door from them cutting the PPF. The team agreed to correct everything and towed my car to a body shop to get the scratch fixed. After everything was fixed, pick up the car and they gave me a discount for my trouble (without me asking). I'd trust them to do this again because even if there is an issue, they'll make sure it's done right.
