They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!

When I went inside to ask for assistance the significantly unhelpful cashier let me know that the pumps have been working fine and just 20 minutes ago the person used it without any issue so it must be what I am doing there. After being unable to fill my gas tank at the pump that continually stopped, I tried to go to another pump. After all, I was trying to fill up the tank, so I wouldn't have to stop and purchase gas two more times this week. The cashier never approved the purchase at the next pump that I tried. Disgusting grounds - dirty and unclean - rude and dismissive staff. This makes me sad because the owner used to take a great deal of pride in his store and shop. Unfortunately, the real problems started when I got back into my car. I tried to put the car into drive and couldn't. After a moment of confusion, I realized the driver-side floor mat had been put back on top of the gas pedal. This is not just careless, it's dangerous. No basic quality check should miss something like that. Then I noticed the interior windows were still filthy and heavily streaked, like they were wiped down with dirty rags. I had to point it out and send the car back twice before they finally got the glass reasonably clean. The worst part is the damage to my interior. The leather on both rear seats is now visibly stretched, apparently from someone kneeling on them while cleaning the rear window. This was not an issue before the wash. When I raised it with the general manager, Arelli, I was told it was just "age and wear and tear," which is simply not true. The seats were in near-mint condition before they touched the car, and it's frustrating to have the problem dismissed instead of addressed. Between the safety issue, poor cleaning quality, and damage to my interior followed by zero accountability, this was an extremely disappointing experience. If zero stars were an option, that's what this place would get. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

It typically comes with interior window cleaning. Since I have tint on the front windows, I told the young man that I did not want my windows cleaned and to leave them alone. He wrote with a marker on the driver window - I reiterated that it was tinted and not to do anything with the interior windows. He wiped off the marker and did some minor damage. It appears he did some damage. When the car was done, as I drove away, I noticed other numerous small holes in the driver side tint. I went back and told the same young man that my tint was damaged. He called over another gentleman who was quite rude. He was never introduced so I have no idea who he was. He said no one touched the window. I disagreed and he said, well, you can watch the tape. I said yes let's do that. He then quickly walked away into the building (I guess I was to follow...?). I went to the lobby - no idea what I was supposed to do. After about 15 minutes or so, he popped up in the lobby and said the staff said I never told anyone not to do the windows. A blatant lie. He disappeared again. Came back maybe half hour later and asked did I have the receipt. I said no because the machine the young man was using to take my order jammed and nothing was working. I reiterated that I wanted to see the tapes - entry to exit. He disappeared again without saying a word. After close to an hour waiting with no word, I left. Window tint isn't that expensive. I understand mistakes can happen. What I really resent is the denial that they did anything and the lying - everyone connected to the situation lied. Just take responsibility and handle it in a professional manner. I won't be going back there for anything.
