So, when we found a leak under our kitchen sink yesterday (while preparing for a block party) they were our first thought. To fix the leak with a long term solution, they fixed the plumbing under our sink so it would not have so many areas of connection (less points to leak). We realized the previous work was done only with a compression (no adhesive, etc.) so they corrected that also. Since they had to come out anyways, I asked them to look at our master toilet and they replaced the guts so that it will fill correctly going forward. Terry's plumbing (and Jason) are timely, professional, and courteous. Thanks for another great job!

On start day a crew showed up, as some of them started ripping bathroom apart. they also put down a 4' wide paper walk way so they weren't making a mess from bathroom to door. Super nice crew if I bothered them with a question they actually explained what they were doing. WOW I liked that. When the last guy left everything was cleaned up by them. Eight months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. According to the installers, in April, Jim ordered the wrong transition strips to go between the LVP flooring and the ceramic tile. Jim reordered more transition strips. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!

Now the staff is really great and super nice and they take the tone to talk to you and help you. If you come with a stroller you gotta park out back because if you go through the front you can't get to the tile without having to go up some stairs
