He came out and took measurements and gave us a bid that was broken down by room and square foot. Then we bought the flooring at Lowes. We gave him a 1/3 deposit since the job was over $1k. He picked up the flooring at Lowes and Kevin installed it. We even made a last minute change / addition and Danny was fine with it. We are located out of state so he sent us pictures while the job was being done and upon completion. It looks great. The price was fair and we are happy. Thank you Danny.

The 6" x 36" porcelain wood-look tiles are not easy to install so get a crew that knows what their doing and has the experience. He was easy to work with, gave fair prices for the work, kept in contact, and made sure the jobs got done right. He was able to salvage the old trim and completed the rooms with a meticulous paint job. We were very satisfied and will definitively be using his services in the future.
