The nice employee lady noticed me on her own (while busy folding laundry) that I was having issue. She quickly understood the situation? went to the back to turn the machine off to drain water, put the machine out of service, and compensated me by instantly offering to use their own card for the new second wash in another machine. The employee who worked January 31, 6 PM was very nice and helpful. Thank you Summary; Good pricing. Lots of machines. Helpful employees. Card machine a little difficult adding value.
