THEY STEAL YOUR CLOTHES!!!! I have been going there for a year or longer and the last time my husband picked up our clothes without knowing what I dropped off. Instead of his $300 perfect condition Burberry dress shirt only worn on a few special occasions we got some cheesy off brand shirt that doesn't even fit him and isn't his. They supposedly searched the store without finding it and then said we could fill out a claim. All claims require a receipt which of course we can find. Even if we could the shirt is a couple years old but barely worn and would be depreciated. I don't know if it's a racket or just one bad person but it's not worth it. After leaving the cleaners that I had been using to launder and press my shirts I decided to use them because of their location. ( on my way to work) I explained to them when I took my shirts in that my employer was very particular about how our shirts look...ie: HEAVY starch, and VERY creased sleaves.....I gave them 7 shirts to do and prepaid which is apparently their policy. When I picked them up....NO CREASES IN THE SLEEVE and no note on the ticket to even crease them. The starch? ehh......overall? NOT impressive at all. SO....here we are a few weeks later and I decided to give them another chance. I took in 8 shirts and told them that the heavy starch last time was not quite enough please use EXTRA HEAVY this time AND to also MAKE SURE to crease the sleeves. WELL.....when I picked my shirts up today....NO HEAVY STARCH, NO CREASE IN SLEEVES. I was told by the girl that helped me that there was no note in the system to put a crease in my sleeves....hmmm......same song and dance I got LAST time....I watched them type the not for creased sleeves in! I currently have a call in with a message for an owner to call me........we shall see. My recommendation? I don't have one. If I wanted to bring home my shirts to press myself I wouldn't be paying someone else to do it! read more

Worst cleaners ever. They kept trying to give me dirty clothes. I have been cleaning my clothes for a long time and just moved to the area and decided to try them. For 2 weeks they had my clothes and kept saying they were clean and handed them to me with out checking. 3 times I pointed out the normal stains form normal wear. Again same shirts, same wear, not an issue anywhere else. When I asked for a refund they said that only the owner can issue a refund. Total SHIT service, I don't have time to wait for their lazy owner; who I was told would personally clean my shirts, which are still dirty, to show up to work and give me my money back. After having there employees argue with me that they can clean it again, for the 4the time and saying it wasn't 'noticeable' I told them this was unacceptable and went to leave when another employee passively aggressively told me to 'have a nice day' with my dirty laundry. I found out about this place through uncles who own dry cleaning businesses in the Bay Area. Since moving to Colorado in general most places have washers and dryers however while we wait for our house to be finished we really didn't want nor have the time to do laundry because of our hectic work schedules. My husband and I found out from my uncles this was an excellent place to check out so we did, we loved the options, prompt/courteous service and convenience of the app along with locker options(only for residents of specific apartment complexes). I don't know if I spoke to the owner for the pick up procedure or not but he was super helpful for letting me know what to do for the first pick up and the driver was equally awesome. They even gave us a laundry bag when they delivered our clothes(we did pick up on Saturday, they're closed Sundays plus it was Easter. Delivery was easy and will totally use them again probably try with the larger stuff although we have to read which items can be picked up and delivered for that (dry clean). read more

We have been using Impressive Cleaners and Laundry service for our Airbnb rental because the rental does not have a washer dryer on site, and it is a large house with 4 bedrooms and quite a bit of laundry! The service is always so friendly and helpful, and any time we call to make changes, the owner or manager is very accessible and happy to help make any changes possible. They always arrive in the window we request and make special accommodations since it is an Airbnb and we have specific check in and check out times. The laundry is always folded and packed nicely, and clean. We have never had an issue with laundry in the 6 months we had been using the, and probably use the service almost once a week. Their website is easy to use and and the app is as well. We highly recommend their pick up and delivery service, and love to helpful attitudes of all the employees. read more

Was really hoping this would be my new dry cleaners after my recent move. Only been here once now, but probably not going to go back. They have a quick turn around time of one day, which is good for me since I was running out of clothes for work. The prices aren't too bad, so don't expect much from the quality of their work. They also don't seem to hire the friendliest people to work there. The guy talks a mile a minute in a disgruntled tone and doesn't really listen to the answers to the questions he asks you. Spelled my name for him after he asked how to spell it and he still butchered it. Asked for no starch on my shirts and they still starched my shirts. The creases on the shirts were all wonky which is probably a reflection of the hurried pace they probably do things at to maintain their quick turn around times. Overall not impressed with this place which is disappointing for all the good reviews on here. I may have just gone on an off day for them or their staff has changed recently since those reviews were written. Either way first impression was definitely a turn off. read more

Cheap prices and quick turn around. Can't ask for much more. Only issue I ever had was picking up a jacket that had a few light stains in the front and they were still there when I picked it up. I went back inside and they then marked the areas and when I came back it was perfect. Really upset with this place. I've been sending my shirts here for a year and they come back pretty average. Certainly worth the $1.79. Getting pants dry cleaned is fine too, but suits are a different story. I brought a few very, very expensive fully canvassed suits here to be dry cleaned. I got what I paid for. I would normally go soemwhere else, and I typically do, but was in a rush. I didnt check the suits before I left (big mistake). They pressed wrinkles into the fabric and completely ruined the lines of the suits. When I buttoned the top button there were huge bulges in the fabric and the lapels had been ironed down totally uneven. Another dry cleaners I took them to said it looked like they'd been washed in a washing machine and stuck in a dryer. Additionally, the heat was so high it messed up all the stitching in the sleeves and pockets. I had to take the jackets to my tailor, who had to open them up completely to get it fixed. I wouldn't even trust this place with a Walmart suit. They should stick to shirts and other things that are easy. read more

Why is it so hard to find a dry cleaner that cleans my garments??! Yes this place is cheap, but I don't think I've ever left with all of my pieces being cleaned properly. I love coming here. The staff is professional and personable...in just the right way. Any situation I have brought to their attention has been handled with care and incredible service. Have recommended this place to many over the years--and will continue to support this business. Surprised the staff is still going strong after all these years...hope they are being paid well in return for making this place so amazing. They have something quite rare in this day and age. Also-once there was a mechanical malfunction resulting in damage to my garments. ALL mechanical equipment breaks at some point, even with the best in maintenance. HORRIBLE AND RUDE OWNER, Amine...! We dropped off about 20 shirts to have dry cleaned and was asked if I would like to receive a text when they are ready. I said yes. We never received a text and I called a day later and spoke with Nina and she said it was ready yesterday, but they did not text me. Why offer the service if you are not going to follow through? Nina said she would speak with the owner about having my shirts delivered and said she would call me right back. 90 minutes later I had not received a call, so I called and spoke with this "so called" owner Amine who was very rude from the start saying they did not offer the texting feature I mentioned. It is on their counter in two different places and I now have a pic of the flyer offering texting when your laundry is ready, so that was lie number 1. I was there yesterday at 6:57 pm and they were closed, and he wanted to argue with me saying he watched an employee lock the door at 7:01 pm. I have proof on my phone that I called at 6:57 pm and there was no answer. Lie number 2. I asked if they could deliver my cleaning due to the mix up and he laughed and said no! He said you know when it's ready and he would not deliver my laundry. I told him I had this same problem another time and he said yeah and you said you would not be back but you did come back as he was laughing! Screw him, there are other cleaners that do a much better job and are a lot friendlier! He told me to never set foot back on his property again of there would be trouble for me... That is a threat, maybe the police would like to know about this... I told him if he wanted it that way that would be fine. I would just dispute the charge for the lousy and rude service and he said you can't do that and I would not get my money back. Excuse me, my name is on the card and I have already spoken with my credit card company and made them aware of everything and they have already refunded me the entire charge and done a charge back to Impressive (which should be named unimpressive) cleaners! They have also blocked any type of attempted charge backs on their behalf! I will NEVER return to their business again and would highly encourage anyone who is thinking about using this sorry of an excuse of a company to look elsewhere! I called back after thinking about this and wanted to just settle this in an adult manner and when I called another guy answered and said Amine was in a meeting, or training someone or on the phone, or something like that... Which one is it? That was very shady. I told him about the problem and asked if I needed a police escort to pick up my laundry (not knowing what would take place) and he laughed, and no one is going to kick your *** and a guy in the background laughed. How unprofessional is that of a business to say something like that? I figured I was going to get anywhere with these idiots, so I asked what his name was for my records and he said "ah, I forgot" and hung up! I had a very busy day in my office and my Fiancé had to take time out of her very busy day to pick up the cleaning they were all very rude to her as well. When she went to pick up the shirts they told her they had to "find them..." They came out from the back and handed her the shirts and when I got home it was clear to see they had just waded up the shirts on a table and I will have to have most of them decent cleaned to get all the wrinkles out! It takes 2 min to schedule a pick up. The first time you use the app they bring a dry cleaner bag for future uses. The app updates you in real time when the driver is on there way, and when they pick up or drop off. I am always so busy so this type of service is well worth every penny. DO NOT use this service, unless you do not care if your white shirts come back with black stains. I took two brand new embroidered polo's there, unwashed, and when we picked them up, the black piping on the color had bled onto the balance of the shirt. When asked about this, we were told the fabric was defective. I also bought six other shirts exactly like this for my employees, who washed them at home, and no problems. HERE IS WHAT IS WORSE, they charged us full price to dry clean and ruin these shirts, and would not refund our charges to clean the shirts. We called the manager, who gave us the same story. I was a $35 week customer, now looking for other cleaners (and i also get to explain to my owner why I have to order more shirts). I was looking for a dry cleaners in our neighborhood. Impressive Cleaners was recommended. So I took my husbands suit and shirts over there. No problem dropping off the clothes, but when I went to pick them up there were two Spanish speaking employees there. I was totally ignored for several minutes. No other customers in there. The one girl that seemed to be in charge finally took my pick up tickets and quickly found my order. I couldn't remember how many items I had brought in. So I asked how many I had? Girl in charge glared at me and slapped my tickets down on the counter. She then went on speaking Spanish to her coworker. She was so rude I couldn't believe it! I am not a prejudice person, but there was definitely something wrong with this workers attitude! As a result I won't be back as a customer and I have told my friends! If you love your garments you will not take your items to be cleanen or should i say ruined. They are false advertising by saying items are dry cleaned...no they are machine washed and most of the time not cleaned at all!! I should have stopped patronizing this business after smelling weird odors on several garments, instead I retirned with a expensive coat that said on the label dry clean only, "Impressive Cleaners" washed it and it shrunk 3 sizes, faded to several different shades and down goose feathers coming out of every seam. OK, I'm writing this review with the intention of revising it later. A short while ago, after coming here for a long time, I returned some items for a redo. It seriously irritated me, that the gentleman working there wanted to argue with me about why I was mistaken and it couldn't possibly be their fault. So I took my business elsewhere. Well, lesson learned, because the 'new' place charged us triple what this place charges us for our regular cleaning. There's definitely a quality vs. price tension here. I know I'm not going to pay triple for better service, but I will definitely check out a few places for comparison. In the meantime, I think this place should be a little more respectful to patrons who frequent their establishment and only complain once. How could I get a good result 10 or 15 times from them, and on the one time I didn't, express myself about it and them accuse me of not knowing what a good starch and ironing job looks like. Uh, I've seen good for 20 years, and this ain't it. But please, by all means, show me how I'm wrong. read more

Recently used this cleaner to have my suit cleaned. Dropped the suit off Monday evening and had a turn around the next day after 4pm. Their services are prepay at 2.50 per piece, unless otherwise noted (suedes/leather). They did a great job cleaning the suit. Staff was very friendly. read more

I went to this place few times as the costs are reasonable. Turn around time is also quick(avg of one day). But when i started taking coats i realized that they do not have a standard/uniform price- i mean the girl who was billing told one price, then owner said another price., and this price was higher than what i paid to them couple of weeks ago.It was a mess. My first experience at Impressive Cleaners was good, so I brought in a pair of good jeans that had been cleaned a number of times before by another cleaner. I asked that the jeans be cleaned. I am sure they washed them, because when I got them home, I couldn't get into them. I brought them back, admittedly after some months (due to circumstances beyond my control, although that should not have made any difference). The man in charge said that there was a tag on the hanger from another cleaner. Since I had hung them back up on a different hangar, I asked him to look up the order. He refused, and -- moreover -- he would not do anything for me. Furious, I left, leaving the jeans behind, and announcing my intention to write a review on Yelp and never to return. After reading some of the reviews on this cleaners I was confident this would be a good cleaners. I thought wrong because if they in any of your garments they will not take any responsibility for it, for example I had brought in five very expensive shirts they chose to ruin them and say that I brought them in ruined, even though I specifically told them to take their time on them, I also noticed they go in the back and seem to smoke something while on the job maybe because they have a dispensary right next door, this establishment is unprofessional take your business else where for your own good. read more
