Kendal has so much knowledge and got me in for a facial that day!!! She explained everything she was doing and I just felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. I also was so happy with the results of the hydrafacial platinum. About 4 weeks later as part of my regimen I got a chemical peel. I just finished peeling and I am SO happy!! The products Kendal recommended were perfect as well. They have a large selection of some g medical grade skin products. I feel so confident in my self care journey going forward and owe a lot of it to Kendal and Mara. Glad I chose this spa when I was shopping for sure!!!

I show up to my first consultation and after 10 minutes I asked them if there's any update on when I will be seen( mind you I drove 45 minutes to make it to this appointment and I took time off work) she says yes Mara will be with you shortly. Waited another 15 minutes (so in total now waited 25 minutes for a 30 min consult) . And she STILL doesn't show up. At that point I left. They texted me minutes after saying Mara was ready- lol. What a great experience. Annie took the time to listen to my concerns about the bags under my eyes…read moreand then made recommendations on how to best approach treatment. We discussed other areas where I wanted to look more "well rested"and Annie came up with a treatment plan over several phases. I'm happy to report I just finished my second treatment and when I look in the mirror I see younger eyes and fuller lips and an overall more rested looking face. I wanted something that looked natural and Annie definitely delivered. Now, I can't wait to return for the next phase. As someone who's in their wiser years I appreciate the consultative approach that Annie took by not only addressing my aesthetic look but also the health and improvement of my skin texture and elasticity. I've already recommended Annie to several of my friends and family members. If you're looking for someone who offers a full range of services and where you can be confident in their expertise, then look no further, Annie is the person to see.

I reached out to Aesthetic Intelligence through their website because I had several questions about…read moretheir services and pricing before deciding whether I wanted to move forward. Instead of answering my questions, the conversation turned into trying to get me to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit to book a consultation for my questions. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

She was also very knowledgeable about skin care ingredients and suggestions to help improve my at-home routine.
