Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for.
