Throughout the appointment, Jen seemed distracted, and I never felt that she was truly listening to what I wanted. As the appointment went on, I also felt that she became frustrated when I spoke up about the results. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unheard. I don't know whether she was having a bad day, was distracted by other things, or if this is her usual approach with clients, but the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
