The night before my appointment, I called to confirm the time and price, only to be told the service would actually cost around $500. A price increase that drastic is unacceptable and feels very misleading. What's the point of scheduling a consultation if you're not going to provide an accurate estimate? Had I been told the real price from the beginning, I never would have booked the appointment. I also got an uncomfortable and unprofessional vibe from some of the staff during my consultation, which made the experience even more disappointing. I understand that pricing can vary depending on the amount of work needed, but changing the quote from $85 to $500 at the last minute without clear communication is unreasonable. I won't be returning and would encourage future clients to get a detailed written estimate before booking.
