They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. They restored faith in the industry after having been burned by a previous contractor who took our large deposit and only did a small amount of work before abandoning the job. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish we would have chosen Ramirez from the beginning.

They have ignored my request even though they read the text messages. Disappointed that I cannot get a reply. The easiest part a company can control is just to respond to their customers. For this reason, I would say they are not a reliable company.

He rented this equipment under false pretenses for a period of time for which he was not even working on our house. He did not pay his bill to Sunbelt Rentals. Sunbelt Rentals then placed a lien on our home based on David's lies to them. Our contractor tried numerous times to get David to pay the bill at Sunbelt Rentals which he never did. I ended up having to pay David's bill to Sunbelt Rentals to cancel their lien on our house. David did shotty work which the mason that we hired to complete his work insisted upon tearing down because it was not stable. Then he stuck us with a bill for his rental equipment that we never authorized.

Chris Wilson and his team are fantastic! Rarely have I had a project exceed my expectations, but…read morehe did. He got the design RIGHT: it is GORGEOUS and it is just right for the place! He was on time. He was responsive. He was considerate with equipment and minimizing mess and disruption. He stayed in budget. I asked Chris to design a natural walkway to the entrance of my family's cabin on White Oak Mountain. I wanted the approach to feel like the land, walls, steps, and plants grew in a way that invited in visitors. He got it!! The stone walkway adds balance, and brings harmony to the lines of the cabin and the contours of the yard. The open mason style rock retaining walls reveal a puzzle-master's genius. The native and mountain friendly plant species are massed beautifully, and are likely to thrive and promote a healthy little ecosystem in our yard -- without herbicides and fertilizers and a lot of yardwork. There is a element of Frederick Law Olmstead running through this guy! I hope hundreds of families hire him. I would love to see more of the world looking how Chris Wilson sees it can be. So I was left with an encapsulated crawl space with dehumidifier and pump, just they weren't working. This would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have budgeted for it. It turned out to be a costly add on I had to find and hire an electrician for. You would think a company doing this type of work would expect no outlets in the crawl space and warn their customers, or have their team have the ability to connect the machinery they "installed". Barring that, the guys were punctual, professional and very detail oriented and I have no complaints.
