The best part of the massage was the ending because it was finally over. Here are my cons: * The masseuse left after 10 minutes because she needed to move her car - extremely unprofessional. * No relaxing music was played but rather I had to listen to each passing car. * The room was cold, there was a heater on the floor but it was not turned on nor did she ask if I was comfortable. * Cream/oil was used all of 2 minutes and honestly given the inconsistency in the massage I truly don't know if this woman was trained. * During checkout a woman (not the masseuse) asked if a tip was being left and when I said the tip amount she says "oh nooo" - excuse me what? Tips are not guaranteed and the service was terrible. She didn't care to inquire about how they could improve, etc. I ultimately left a $5.00 cash tip which is more than she should have received and informed her that I would be leaving a review. Please spare yourself and seek services elsewhere.

As I entered the back where the massage room are located I was pleased with the aesthetics and I already began to feel relaxed while also excited for the service. Upon entering the massage room I noticed how clean it was and Sandy made me feel comfortable right away by showing me where I can place my clothes, how I should lie on the bed, and she asked just the right questions to know exactly what I was looking for in my experience today. The best service, hands down, is the $65 foot and leg combo with scalp massage, which lasts about 80 minutes and includes much more than the name suggests. It starts with your feet soaking in warm water in a lined basin with textured acupressure bumps on the bottom, which already helps you start to relax. While your feet soak, they give you a neck and upper back massage. Then you move into a reclining chair, where they work from the knees all the way down through the toes. They finish the leg and foot portion with hot stones, then move into scalp, neck, upper back, and face massage. The whole treatment feels far more comprehensive than you'd expect, and it's better than many full-body massages I've had elsewhere. This is a no-frills spot, not a luxury spa, but the treatment itself is fantastic. If you're cold, they'll give you heated wraps and towels, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The music is soft piano with bird song, which is nice, but it can get repetitive, so you may want to bring your own music and headphones instead. One tip: wear pants you can easily push up past your knees. Bottom line: not fancy, but incredibly effective, relaxing, and worth every penny.
