After I got home, I realized my backup camera wasn't working so I had to go back to get an additional one installed with the same situation of charging more vs what was quoted. That is not transparent or professional. When I later went back because the camera system in my car was not working, he claimed I had never even been there before, despite the fact that I had proof of my previous visit. Instead of taking accountability, he denied it outright. The entire interaction felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was dismissive and condescending. I did not feel respected, and I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting fair pricing or straightforward communication. If you choose to go here, get absolutely everything in writing beforehand and be prepared to stand your ground. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. They offer tea, coffee and water while you wait which makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. 100/10 across the board for service, quality and overall experience. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else! You get your moneys worth here
