Went in to get s set of Dentures , paid the 29 dollar fee for X rays and assessment, they took X…read morerays and they told me I had had to have all my teeth pulled before I could get dentures, but before they started to remove my teeth I paid $200 cash to get things started to have a Mold taken of my teeth, Why take a mold of my mouth with my teeth still in was to ensure I would use their services, ( Bait) . After removing my teeth they used the mold they took before my teeth were removed to make my set of Dentures, why not wait to take the impression of my mouth after my teeth were out is beyond me, Results were the First set of Dentures fit Horribly, So a Second set of impressions were taken 2 weeks after removing my teeth and took about a month to remake the 2nd set of Dentures, the results were Horrible. The proportion of the Top teeth were very large compared to the bottom set, So I went in again to discuss my concerns and was treated like I was Trash, So the Owner which is the practicing Dentist on site, after arguing with me, She Agreed that the 2 ND set of Dentures did not fit correctly and I was told to Throw away the 2 ND set of Dentures She then Personally took impressions of my Gums for a Third set of Dentures to be made that would fit correctly ,Meanwhile it has been 2 months since my teeth had been removed , Meanwhile i was Continuesly asked to Upgrade my policy, it took another 3 weeks to complete the third set of Dentures that the Upper set of Dentures did not look right and was told that they would have to remove the Soft liner for them to look right, after they removed the soft lining the dentures kept falling down and I was told to purchase Sea-Bond so they would remain in place, which they did not... Meanwhile it had been almost 3 months since my teeth were Removed. This all costed me With insurance over $4,000. I Contacted Corporate office for a Refund due to their Policy of Satisfaction Quaranteed and was told I would ONLY receive $1,395 back. This Dental office is a Bait and Switch routine, They prefer $$$ over Patient Care.

I went in for treatment and left with a care credit bill of 4k. A few weeks later they called me and said I had a few hundred dollars credit and wanted to know if I wanted something else done so i went back in and a few weeks later i get a call saying the same thing. So they are overcharging my care credit initially in order to get me to come back so they can charge more. I also got 18 months 0% but it starts the say of the first visit...so even if i went on 3 months later on the "credit" they claimed I had that 0% would hve been from the initial appointment and charge date. Seriously shady dealings in my opinion. I would not recommend Loftus.

I decided to go back to my other dentist because this practice felt like an assembly line for dental care - not at all to my liking. In March (2018), the crown virtually dissolved in my mouth. Loftus agreed to take a look. The office attendant tried to charge me $116 when I checked in - I refused. Anyway, despite the fact that the crown failed (shattered) after only 5 years, Loftus informed me that I would have to pay full price to replace his inferior work. I left and made an appointment with my regular dentist. He told me he has replaced failed Loftus crowns for other patients. Find another dentist!

I first came to see Dr Mosby needing much work done. For all the rest of the work needing to be done he gave me a referral to an oral surgeon and another referral to a Denture Clinic. I did some research on the places i was referred to and I did not feel comfortable going to the oral surgeon based on the negative reviews about that business. So when I contacted Dr mosby's office again to let them know that I was going to be seeing a different oral surgeon but I would like to still see Dr Mosby for the part that he said he was going to do, the office lady told me i couldn't be seen there because they didn't have time for me now. She told me they hadn't had a vacation for years and they all wanted to go on vacation. So I guess if you want to make your own decisions and find a different person that you didn't get referred to then they will make up excuses and just drop you and leave you hanging. I guess its good i saw their true colors now rather than later.
