I was in braces for nearly 2 years, when finally the day came to get them taken off. My orthodontist left my upper teeth with a small gap on each side, as some of my teeth weren't wide enough to finish my new "perfect bite." Dr. Sayegh changed my life! Words cannot describe my gratitude to this genius. Not only did he perform oral surgery but the cosmetic work on my smile completely changed my face and my confidence. I had to get gum grafting from a previous surgery and he made me feel very comfortable, the surgery was completed in not time and he and his staff checked on my recovery everyday even after my post surgery appointment. I had perfect teeth until a few years ago, when I was unfortunately a victim of domestic violence. I was hit with something in the mouth, causing me to lose my front tooth. I was living out of state when it happened, and had the tooth removed, it was completely broken in half up inside the gum. I had a "stay plate" a partial denture to keep the space and look half way decent. I struggled with eating, and having to remove a tooth at 30 years old was a heartbreaking experience. Dr. Sayegh took care of me. I couldn't of asked for a better dentist. He's a perfectionist, which is a great thing when it comes to investing in your smile. The surgery went fast and smooth, it healed perfectly. He even fixed a chip that was in the tooth next to the implant, as well as a bottom one. I now have a brand new smile, and my confidence back. I have to say "Thank you" to Dr. Sayegh and his incredible staff. After so many years, I can now smile again without feeling self conscious about my teeth. I have gone from being the guy that never smiles in pictures to smiling in every single one. From the first visit to Dr. Sayegh's office, I was impressed. I was extremely nervous about finally taking the step to address my teeth situation but after reading reviews and seeing some of his work online, I felt confident that this was the place. I decided to take the step and made an appointment. My first visit was awesome. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I met with Dr. Sayegh and told him what my concern was and what I wanted to fix. My two front teeth were chipped pretty bad to the point that a huge gap had formed as well as some decay. I also had two teeth on each side of my front teeth that were extremely stained yellow that made me so embarrassed to have a conversation with anyone, nevertheless, smile in a photo. Dr Sayegh assured me that he would conduct an examination and give me several options and suggestions. One thing that stood out from any other dentist visit that I have ever been to was the attention to detail during the initial examination. Dr. Sayegh addressed a gum infection that i had and advised that I should get that taken care of first, which I am so happy he did, No more bleeding gums and my mouth feels extremely healthy, Thanks to his two incredible hygienist. Dr. Sayegh was very patient and thorough. After my initial examination and gum treatment, I met with Dr. Sayegh approximately a week later for my procedure. We decided to go with the chairside bonding treatment for my teeth, which took approximately two hours. I have to say "OH MY GOD!!!!!" Once Dr. Sayegh was finish he handed me a mirror and told me, "Have a look, what do you think?" I was speechless!! I had not seen my smile look like this in my entire adult life. I finally had a full smile that I could be proud of. I was so shocked by the awesomeness of his work that at that moment I really did not have the words to tell them how I felt. It was not until about a week later that I returned for a minor touch up that I was able to tell Dr. Sayegh how his work had changed my life. No more feeling embarrassed about smiling or talking to people. No more looking like the guy with no emotions in pictures and the level of confidence has gone through the roof. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Sayegh and his office staff. I have been working with Dr. Sayegh on fixing my teeth and I am very impressed with Dr. Sayegh's technical expertise and experience as well as the fact that he is very passionate about educating his patients. He always takes his time and does not rush even though he is a busy practitioner. His work is meticulous. His office is beautiful and clean. All of the equipment is state of the art which is something I really appreciate. His work with the waterlase is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. For someone with extreme dental chair fright, the waterlase experience is so good and you can actually leave the office feeling the same as when you went in - no numbness, no biting your cheek, no novacaine shots. The office runs so smoothly and they keep the appointment times with no waiting delays. I brought my daughter in today for a second opinion. She is just 11 years old and her orthodontist and the ortho's in-house endodontist, after consultation, were recommending that I put a crown on one of her front teeth prior to putting on braces due to a tooth deformity that she had since birth. Dr. Sayegh kindly offered us a complimentary second opinion. With his experience, he was able to examine her and determined that she absolutely did not need a crown. He was able to do composite bonding of her tooth to repair the tooth enough to support the braces. I was highly reluctant to put a crown on my 11 year old for cosmetic purposes because I know that it will require several changes throughout her lifetime and it is a very drastic and extreme measure. Dr. Sayegh was able to do the bonding within 20 minutes without any discomfort or novacaine. Her tooth looks beautiful and ready for braces! I was very relieved! I appreciate Dr. Sayegh's generosity of his time in providing us with a complimentary second opinion when I know that he is very busy! I carefully looked and reviewed many dentists before choosing Dr. Sayegh's office even though it is some distance from where I live. However, it is totally worth it and I highly recommend Implant-a-Smile. My 15 year old daughter was born with lateral pegs and Dr. Sayegh was able to build her teeth up to look like she had normal laterals as well as fill in her front chipped tooth.
