TO Dental Group gave me a crown instead of a filling, which triggered intense, throbbing pain, waking me up EVERY night. Their only fix was shaving down the crown multiple times, but it didn't help at all. Desperate for relief, I took a friend's advice and drove all the way from Ventura to Pardo Dentistry in Glendora for a second opinion. They got me in the very next day. The office was brand new with free parking, new-looking equipment. The staff were very helpful too. Dr. Pardo treated me for a root canal, and I am finally completely pain-free, for the first time in three weeks I slept through the night. I am so incredibly grateful that I made the drive!

While I was holding my tender cheek I looked through yelp to see which one could accept me as an emergency visit and with no dental insurance. I was in pain but not ready to brake the bank! I came here and was blown away by the homey feel and the amazing christmas decorations I love the holidays and seeing this made my forget the pain (but just for a minute) I was able to come in and get an emergency xray(just $40 in the affected area) they gave a cute chapstick to take home and they gave me the best mews that they were able to take me in that same day! She gave me 2 squishy heart stress balls to hold if I was in pain and they were an indicator if I was in too much pain to provide me with more anesthesia, and boy did I need it! He spent over 2 hours performing the root canal then sent me home without a temporary crown just grinded down to a Lil stub, oh and BTW he didn't even take an impression(mold) of my tooth. When I asked him about the temporary crown he said I was fine like that. Then when I returned for my next visit (a week and a half later) he told me that I had to be referred out to the specialist. Are you serious?? He knew that the day I left why would you make me waste my time coming back. When he gave me the crown the crown was awful it hardly had any shape, it literally looked like a fat tooth. I dashed out of there and before I could leave the dr. Had me signed that he delivered the crown I was ok with it. This was a little over a year ago. I switched dentists after this 3 months ago my crown popped out, and I went to my dentist to glue it back and he told me the crown was placed too high that's why it's popped out. Then another month later I cracked my crown eating seaweed and sesame seeds. This is gotta be the worst quality crown in the history of dentistry!! I have only had this crown a little over a year and this is what happened. I wish someone would have told me this before the work was done but unfortunately my friend told me too late that he hasn't visited this dentist in over a year.
