The office is clean and easy to navigate as well and easy to find. Dr. Nadler understands his patients and their needs. He customizes his procedures to the specific needs. You may have heard of the "Doctor to the stars" but when you visit this doctor's practice - You are…read morethe star! Dr. Nadler and his staff treat every patient as someone special; you feel it the minute you walk in and are welcomed by a friendly smile. Every staff member is polite and caring - hard to imagine in today's world, but feeling is believing and even before you meet the "Doc" you will notice a sense of calm. A large tropical fish tank instead of a blaring TV? Your heart rate softens, your angst and pain calm, somehow you just know that this is a place of healing, and you are glad you are here. When you meet the Doc, you will be immediately impressed by the way he listens. He is not on a 15 minute time schedule to diagnose and medicate! He is actually interested in what you are telling him, and asks questions to fine tune his understanding of your pain. He does not rush to conclusions. Instead, he allows you to reveal past trauma and present pain in your own words. Amazing! When I first met Dr. Nadler, I was pretty desperate. Pain in my knees was making it difficult to walk and other doctors had been quick to suggest knee replacement. When I was reluctant about such surgery and the difficult recovery, I was summarily dismissed. Not so with Dr. Nadler! He listened carefully, respected my hesitancy regarding surgery, and explained a treatment that he offered called Radial Shock Therapy. Non-invasive manipulations and cupping that stimulated my own body's healing mechanisms. It took a few weeks, but the healing continued even after the official treatment had ended. Dr. Nadler continued to support my healing with other chiropractic methods, and I knew this doctor was a true healer. Fast forward a few years and breast cancer and resulting surgery brought me back to the "Doc." The three to four month recovery promised by my surgeons was not happening, and with Covid restrictions I was unable to be seen even by my GP. Due to this lack of follow up care, a double hernia had developed, another surgery had been necessary, and this time I was told to avoid all core activity! I had been practicing yoga for decades, it was part of who I was! Being told to avoid using core muscles or risk another surgery sent me into a deep depression. I really did not want to live such a life. Back to Dr. Nadler! Again, he listened compassionately to my story of woe, and finally said, "We can help you." Through electric stim, manipulations, and massage the scarring dissolved, my strength improved, and my usual zest for life was restored! And through it all, my will to heal was supported by the staff and the ambiance of TLC. Today, I am pretty much a little old lady, but I am walking, and practicing my yoga, and looking forward to living quite a few more years of a satisfying and productive life. I owe my healing and my renewed zest for life to Dr. Nadler and his wonderful staff. Hollywood was right to try to lure him away, but thankfully for all of us on the East Coast, Dr. Nadler chose to remain here. If you are suffering pain that is compromising your enjoyment of life, please call Dr. Nadler's office and make an appointment. You will be listened to, cared for, and your healing will begin without medication or surgery. You will be the star of your own recovery!

I am genuinely shocked by the lack of communication at this rheumatology care center. I had an…read moreurgent question about whether to take my injection and called three separate times over the course of one week. Not once did I receive a call back--no guidance, no voicemail, nothing. When you're managing a condition that depends on time-sensitive medications, being left in the dark is absolutely unacceptable. Patients deserve a basic standard of responsiveness, especially for urgent medication questions. I ended up delaying care because I didn't want to risk taking the injection without medical advice. That's not how a specialty clinic should operate. I hope they fix their callback system and establish a clear protocol for urgent messages, but based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice.

I recently stopped coming to this office due to various things, but I found another doctor that has…read morebeen extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my condition. The diagnosis that I received here was wrong, it made sense because I was diagnosed in less than 10 minutes in just one visit. I was given a prescription to help, however I had to stop taking it because it would cause swelling around my eyes. (Another doctor that I saw about my eyes had told me to stop taking the medicine because of the swelling). I always felt rushed at my appointments. I always waited an hour or more which I can understand that it gets busy, but for my appointments to be 5-10 mins long feels like it's a waste. The staff did not feel particularly welcoming. It always felt a bit targeted especially because of the way I was talked to. Even my mom who would come with me to my visits noticed they were never nice to me. My current doctor takes a lot of time to explain everything and my visit is over an hour long. Not to mention, I received a letter that felt almost condescending in a way. The way it was worded was making it seem like I wasted their time, when it felt like they did not even care about their patient in the first place. I always make sure to pay my bills when I visit because I am asked to pay before seeing the doctor anyways. However, I was sent more bills that made no sense because I cannot check in unless I pay the bill, only one of the bills I received made sense because I had COVID so I could not show up. The other dates listed in the bill I knew I had paid for it, but due to the unwelcoming environment of the office, on top of the condescending letter I received, I just paid the bills because I did not want to interact with them again. Sorry for the long review, but I was extremely disappointed with the way things went during my visits here. I would have appreciated a far more careful examination.

I do not believe the therapist with long reddish hair is formally trained. I am a retired esthetician of 18 years, who's had massage all over the world, from beach stalls to five star hotels and this experience was shockingly poor. First, I started face down but my headrest was too high so the therapist kept banging into the bottom of my head to access my neck. She seemed oblivious to this and unaware that an adjustment was needed. I scheduled a 60 minute classic massage because I just wanted to relax. I did not request stones but suddenly the massage stopped. Without saying anything she left the room to retrieve stones that were much too hot for my skin and that I did not want. Then to top it all off, she stuck her hands in my hair and started rubbing my scalp. I was actually shocked because everyone in hospitality knows that you NEVER touch a client's head, stomach or breast without verbal permission. These are highly personal potential trigger areas. When she asked me to turn over she never moved from the top of the table. A privacy towel was not held up. (What school did she graduate from??) I thought she would begin working my neck and shoulders which is why I came, but she stuck her hands back in my hair. At that point I asked her to stop. If she has a legitimate license she needs to practice on co-workers to improve her performance. But I'm assuming the other therapists are better. Hopefully they are.
