I pulled out my debit card to pay and the cashier told me in a condescending manner that the store required a $10 purchase to merit a credit card transaction. I explained what was going on (I was sweating and shaking). and they did not care at all. So I sat right in front of the counter with the debit card in one hand and started sucking down the apple juice in the other. The cashier started screaming at me and I told him to call the police (I didnt care). Right before I finished drinking the second apple juice a nice older woman payed for my juices unbenownst to me. I wish I could thank her again. This place cares nothing about humanity and lives on greed. Avoid at all costs!

I gave them on Christmas Eve, trusting that a major retailer would not sell fraudulent products. A few days later, when one of my daughters tried to use her gift card, we were told at Sephora that the card was FAKE with a $0 balance. What should have been a happy holiday moment turned into confusion, disappointment, and stress for my children. Christmas gifts are supposed to be special -- instead, my daughters were left feeling embarrassed and heartbroken because Walgreens sold us counterfeit gift cards. When I contacted Walgreens customer service, I was treated with complete indifference. They were dismissive, uninterested, and clearly did not care that my family lost money due to a scam that happened inside their store. I was told it was "not their responsibility," and the claim was closed with no real investigation or concern. Sephora confirmed the cards were not legitimate -- real Sephora gift cards have 16 digits, while the ones sold to me had only 14 digits. That means Walgreens allowed fraudulent gift cards to be sold directly to customers. Because Walgreens refused to take responsibility, I was forced to file a police report. That should never be necessary for something purchased at a trusted pharmacy. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE. Walgreens will not protect you if you get scammed. Their customer service does not care that they ruined a family's Christmas. This experience destroyed our trust in Walgreens and turned what should have been a joyful holiday into a stressful and upsetting situation.

Due to the fluid leak, the print had literally been erased from the receipt. However, the total and individual item #s were all legible, AS WELL AS THE PRICE AND DATE. The staff was incredibly rude (all 3 involved), and a manager to resolve a simple return. Had my ID, phone #, and the debit card used for the original purchase on hand. The customer is always right, especially when it is a MASSIVE corporate entity over an incredibly mundane issue like this.
