DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!…read more I have gone to OTHER Jiffy Lube location and never experienced as much of a headache as I have since moving to Tooele County! My vehicle worked prior to a routine oil change and break fluid "replacement". When they pulled it out of the bay it "stalled" they failed to mention I couldn't shift into any gears other than neutral & park - I had to get in my vehicle and try to leave before I realized it didn't just stall it no longer worked. They also came to get my keys half way through the service - how did my vehicle get in the bay if I have my keys? The person I spoke with today told me that my car has a far range of where the keys can be and the car can still be driven FALSE and I'm happy to provide proof that if you take they keys as far as just outside the vehicle it will beep and say "no key detected." I then had to pay for my vehicle to be towed to a local mechanic because the service manager informed me "we don't work on hybrids" - which why touch my car to begin with? I've now had to pay for over $2k in repairs on a vehicle that worked prior to bringing it here on top of getting my break fluid REDONE!! I will never be returning to this location if you don't know how hybrid vehicles work don't work on them. And please do send me the videos of you working on my vehicle! You'll see from the start my keys were left in the cup holder - never took them with me.

They squeezed us in knowing we were otherwise stranded, and they even helped get me the coil pack causing the issue for free since it was under warranty from O'Reilly's. They let us hang out with our dog inside and were all around super nice and friendly. I couldn't recommend enough.

We always take care of our customers." Is taking care of them leaving them with a $775 bill and the problem not fixed? And this was after our third time of dropping it off to them so they could try once again to try to figure out the issue. They came back with a massive bill to fix the issue after we already dumped $775 into it. We asked for a full refund as we now were looking to take it to someone else but they were not amenable to this request. When you have an unhappy customer it is wise to try to understand their position and only their position and work the problem from that effective and empowering position, but unfortunately they seemed more interested in us understanding their position, problems, failures, and issues. In our company of 40 years we don't offer multiple excuses or try to ensure a customer understands our perspective. We only strive to understand their perspectives and needs and offer a full 100% refund to any unsatisfied customer. It is too bad Master Tech does not treat their customers like we do . Excuses are what unprofessional companies use to justify their failures. Professional companies offer solutions instead back stopped by 100% refunds.

Stopped by on Sunday after thanksgiving and asked how much to mount and balance two 235/85R16…read moretires, and was told $18 per tire plus tax and disposal fee if I left the old tires. They were very backed up, and asked if I could be there at 8 am on Monday (12/2/18). I said I'd be there right at 8 am, and actually arrived at 7:45. When they arrived at 8:10 they got me right in to do the paperwork, but said it would be a while before they got me in to do the tire swap, as they had to clear the display tires from the bay. Right at 8:35 another guy shows up and wants a tire taken off a rim and another tire put on. He was a Latino and they got him right in and started working on his tire, since I speak the language (modestly) it was clear he was a walking. At 8:55 they pulled my truck in. They finished my truck a hair before 9:30. When I paid the total was a bit high, but by now I was in a bit of a hurry, so I did not read the receipt. My guess was they charged me for valve stems. When I got to a point where I could look at the receipt they had charged me $20 per tire. I called and asked and their only explanation was that the manager had misquoted me. No offer to refund me the difference, just "that's what we charge." They did what I paid them to do which was mount and balance two tires, but that is the extent of my niceties. Lesson learned and I won't repeat my mistake by frequenting them again. I would have gone to Mario's Tires (they are my main shop), but they don't open until 8 and I was not sure if they had any reservations that would be ahead of me. In the end they lose my business over not standing up to their original quote.

So I rolled the dice and contacted them and these folks are amazing. Communication, pricing (they don't mark up).... This is reputable dealership and I will ensure I buy all my Fords from this place. This dealership's follow-through is nonexistent. I gave them every opportunity to address this and uphold basic standards of integrity. At this point, it feels like a textbook bait-and-switch: make the car sound better than it is, push the sale, and vanish once the money clears. I chose this dealer based on high ratings. That decision has proven to be a mistake. If you're looking for a business that values its customers after the sale, look elsewhere. Unless you want to deal with negligent service, broken promises, and a clear disregard for accountability.
