Wow! So impressed! My 6 year old son woke up screaming in pain. He had tripped and later found out almost like whip lash. After 3 hours of non stop crying I showed up with my 3 kids in tow at 8am Saturday morning with no appointment. It was packed, no open appointments, and we were new patients but they still took us! I will never go back there . The Doctors were nice but the front desk was a nightmare . At first they said they took my insurance then on my 3rd visit they said they didn't . I was in horrible pain and no one cared. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and rude to me acted like I was a criminal when all I wanted was to get out of pain . She never had the doctors come and talk to me and try to help me with a solution . So I sent the doctor a text and explained what happened . He said I didn't owe anything but didn't offer a resolution either . I think they are only out for the money and could care less how their patients feel . read more
