They spent a ton of time with us the day of the shoot and took an outrageous amount of photos. They were very patient with my almost three year old, unruly doggies and husband! I love that they went to the site ahead of time and made a plan to where and how they wanted photos done. They had visions for family and doggies, family without doggies, couple, father and son, and mother and son. They even brought a shawl for the couples section. They were great with distracting my son. Their editing is superb. Having the two of them made for fantastic shots close and far away. We received edited photos in roughly two weeks which is a very short period of time considering the amount they took and the quality of the editing. This is an apartment I can see myself living in for awhile. I get an immediate response whenever there is a maintenance issue ( which is rare) and within 24 hours, it is solved. A few summers ago, during a thunderstorm the power went out. The landlord himself answered my call and instructed me as to what to do. He was generally concerned. The management understands financial difficulties occur and not only give great advice but are willing to help in any way if there are any difficulties. I feel at peace and not invaded by staff. I've recently had upgrades made to my unit by the staff and they were all very professional, accommodating and understanding. The upgrades look absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend the landlord, company and staff to anyone.

I was informed that there was another application in review and a decision had to be made. For the next two weeks I called, sometimes more than once per day. I was always told a decision still has to be made. As the move in date became closer I was getting more concerned. It wasn't until 4 days prior to the expected move in date that I called and pretended to be someone interested in the house and was told it was already rented. I understand decisions have to be made about applications but they had two weeks and I was very persistent. In my opinion they have bad management practices. My experience was horrible.
