The work the dentist did on my teeth was beautiful and pain free , he was very attentive to my concerns about the work I needed done . The office is nice and so is everyone else that works here. Never had any issues with appointments or waiting times . I still have several appointments as my teeth are in bad shape but with all that being said this is a great dental office and you won't regret working with them .

She spoke with the Manager of that office and he was able to clear the account out to a zero balance. They admitted it was their error and that we should not have gone to collections. It was all part of the mess from when Aspen Dental's corporate computer system was hacked. I thanked them for their assistance and am quite pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me by the front desk staff as well as the manager taking responsibility to clear this out for us.

I have been cavity prone my entire life - I had 10 cavities filled at 5 years old and have had more…read morethe 20-30 fillings since then and I have never had a filling break/become damaged until renaissance. I moved to Raleigh and was very impressed with the service at renaissance- I have had a lot of trauma at the dentist and they were very kind to me with my situation. They filled 2 or 3 cavities for me in April of 2023. I recently switched to a new dentist as I have moved again and 2 of the fillings (one that had already been repaired by renaissance once) were broken. I called Renaissance to see if they would fix the broken fillings and they said that since it has been over 2 years they will not go back and fix any of them. and again - I have NEVER had a filling break. I am wondering how many others have had this happen at renaissance. Disappointing to spend 1000s of dollars on dental care and not be able to fix mistakes made on your patient. Will not be going back.
