I hired this service after purchasing a new home and I was very clear about which products were safe/unsafe for use on the hardwood, stone and other surfaces. I also didn't want harsh chemicals being used around my two dogs. More than once it became apparent that instructions weren't being followed. Things like bleach being sprayed on stone surfaces. Areas needing disinfecting most however were cleaned with non-disinfecting products. I also don't like that it was my household supplies that were used instead of their own (paper towels, dusters, even appliances like the vacuum) which defeated a point in hiring them for what I was charged. When I brought up my dissatisfaction to the owner (Rod), I was told that he was the professional and knew what products were best for my home... His response to my other concerns regarding costs and damages in the master bath were dismissive at best. Extremely unprofessional. Hiring this service was a decision I came to regret. We have been using Immaculate Cleaning for over 2 year now and I have never been more satisfied with a cleaning company. Rodolfo and his team are the most professional team we have every used. Since moving to Atlanta over 14 years ago we have used over 4 cleaning services and one by one they have disappointed us with broken objects, missed days with no reschedules, broken fixtures, spotty cleaning jobs. But not with Immaculate cleaning. In the two years we have used them they have only had to reschedule one time and they called 48 hours in advanced and rescheduled to a time that was fitting for us not them. I have personally recommended Rodolfo and his team to at least 3 of my neighbors and will continue to do so. I love pay day because I know I come home to a clean house. I forgot to mention we have two small dogs and they are wonderful with them as well. Highly recommend them. read more

We just did a major remodel and wanted to move back in and the house was a mess. Dust everywhere. Particulate matter on the floors. I had forgotten but we had some stuffed animals on display that were covered in dust (see later). I contacted Rodolfo (found via a very lucky Google search) and he agreed to provide a "post-construction cleaning" estimate. Rodolfo evaluated the house and he said they would clean everything twice. He said they would clean inside drawers. He said they would do a very thorough job. Rodolfo was also very accommodating with his scheduling. My wife and I wanted to move back in as soon as possible. The day of cleaning arrived and Rodolfo and Rafael arrived on time. The job Rodolfo and Rafael did is simply magnificent. Neither my wife nor I could not find a speck of dust anywhere. They cleaned everything. Everything. Plantation shutters...check. Clocks...check. Picture frames...check. Even the stuffed animals and the junk on my desk. Rodolfo's estimate was also right on. No surprises when it was time to pay. I cannot recommend Immaculate Cleaning with any more enthusiasm. read more

Wow - I had been really impressed with Rod's cleaning and crew, but I am so disappointed about the way things have transpired. He is a really nice guy but we had an unfortunate communication that led to the dissolution of our relationship. He quoted me a price for cleaning and although we started with about every 3 weeks, the last 3 months has been about every 6 (my choice; he never complained or said the price was contingent on a certain schedule). This was always fine until he neglected to confirm an appointment I had on my calendar today and nobody showed up. When I asked him about it because I'd requested the appointment 3 weeks in advance, he got upset about my schedule of cleaning, even though he'd never mentioned it before. I told him I would have happily paid a premium for him to come less regularly, had he ever mentioned it. He was COMPLETELY unprofessional in his communication; I've never seen anything like it. Our house probably isn't a joy to clean, but I am floored at the total lack of communication when he had any kind of problem. I can never recommend this service after this experience. Initially we were impressed with how quickly Rodolfo cleaned our place, and he was very professional over the phone when we called for more information. However, after a few months of cleaning my husband and I started to notice things of value inexplicably disappearing from our home whenever we left the house during a cleaning. My husband's Persol sunglasses vanished first, followed by a pair of Gucci cufflinks, Jabra Evolve earbuds, a Dunhill rollerball pen, IWC wristwatch, a Burberry umbrella - to name a few. These items may seem insignificant but most of them were gifts or heirlooms and therefore held sentimental value. After an amethyst cluster geode disappeared from the bookshelf following a cleaning, it became apparent what was taking place. Our suspicions were confirmed when we discovered a recent photo of him on social media wearing sunglasses IDENTICAL to my husband's Persol sunglasses! We terminated the cleaning arrangement with Rodolfo and although we do the dusting ourselves now, at least nothing else has gone missing! We are more disappointed than angry because our belongings were ultimately superfluous and replaceable; our trust, however, is not. read more

I purchased a groupon for my son who tried to use this service to have his apartment cleaned. ( it was really dirty.) The groupon was for a two hour cleaning. The owner arrived at 11:05 am. My son left his apartment at 11:30 am. The owner apparently thought no one was at home, he did not realize a roommate was still in the apartment. The kitchen counters were cleaned however not much else was done. The bathrooms were still dirty and no garbage was removed. The owner left at 11:55 am. He clearly took advantage of two young college kids. This was very disappointing and disheartening. I do not trust Immaculate Cleaning and I would not recommend this company unless you plan on supervising their actions. read more

Cleaner again wanted to know everything that I was looking for in the cleaning. When I got home later that day, my apartment was glistening. Immaculate cleaning does a good job. After using their service for a while, though I am very disappointed that they started to move my previously scheduled days in short notices. I believe that started to happen when they got more clients. Very unprofessional thing to move your current client's previously agreed cleaning days. Then I was given excuses that they are doing it because they have biweekly clients that I am not biweekly. It would be more professional if they said we are increasing our rate instead of giving your scheduled days to their newer clients. Also, I was told it is your choice to keep it or not instead of accommodating. Not reliable if you need regular cleaning and want to build a long term relationship.They dispensed an old client as they built new ones. Very disappointed. read more
