Where do I start??? I love India and Momma B! In Feb I booked my sx for June, so in March I found this amazing Recovery House "A'nesi Harbor" now known as "Imermaids". The first time I spoke to India she was very informative and she answered all my many questions with all patience, even sent me her packages via text that was very reasonable for the 9 day stay. When she told me about her IG page, automatically I started to obess being in her beautiful, modern, decor, with a very classy femine swag with great looking food; I needed to be there with her and the dog Rufus. He reminds me of home cause I have 3 yorkies myself! On the day of sx India was coming back from vacation and her flight was delay so she sent her Mom, Momma B, and when it was time for me to leave from sx, there she was with her beautiful self and I never seen her before, but I just knew that she was the angel to come and take care of me. And that she did took excellent care for me until India came home, I was a little spoiled cause I was the only mermaid for the first days...lol. My expectations was far and above my imagination or expectations! I felt like I was with family, and India and her Mom took care of all of mermaids like family even the ones that acted like babies, very professional, personal, love and great care! The food was great especially when I was able to eat and Rufus loved me from the day arrive to the day I left..I miss you already my new found cousins. Where do I start?!!!!! Imermaids staff India,Ms.K, Mama B and Beauty thank you from the bottom of my heart. I stayed from Feb 19 through Feb 26, 2020 I got a BBL. I came all the way from San Francisco Ca not sure what I was getting into. But only the best for the best is my motto. They attented to my needs before and after surgery. The food was on point. The jamican eggs for breakfast,the bomb ass lental soup india made after I felt like I got hit by a MAC truck after surgery. The warmth and compassion and bomb energy these woman bring while your healing is most important and they delivered. The house is Immaculate clean. Ms k is always making sure its clean no nasty shit going on especially while you got open wounds going on. Ms. K washes your faja, towels, sheets your compression socks. She makes sure your up to par.Beauty Thank you for the bomb massages and sculpting this body, baby she is gentle with her touch but she makes sure to drain your ass, shes the real drain queen!!! The fact that you dont have to leave for your massages is the best. Beauty comes to the recovery house and hooks it up. Mama B the baddest in the game she is India's mom and she is such a sweet woman with a better body than any of these young chics lol. She is knowledgable. Compassionate, funny. I am sooo happy that I decided to stay at Imermaids for my recovery house I just had my first cosmetic surgery I had lipo 360 and a BBL! I feel like the care they gave me helped my recovery be a lot smoother I honestly don't know if I could of recovered so smoothly without you ladies! The food was amazing, everything was simple from booking with India and being cared for by the nurses! The nurse Roxy was soo sweet to me throughout the entire process. She's sooo caring, attentive, and knowledgeable! It was my first time being away from home alone and she made me feel right at home with her companionship and humor! She constantly had me cracking up and in great spirits! I loved that they had a massage nurse on site, it was super convenient for us so we didn't even have to leave! Dominique was gentle during her massages but got the fluid out forsure, she also made me feel super comfortable throughout my stay there I am super thankful for her! The food was AMAZING everyday (I'm sad to have to go home and cook my own meals, lol!) they provided transportation and and made sure to always get to me to my appointments on time! Finding a great Recovery House in Miami was scary at first because I was traveling alone, and I read so many good reviews and then seen YouTube reviews that contradicted everything. I called so many places, when I called iMermaids from the beginning India explained to me the process. I was ready to book after the phone call because she was so informative, and answered my questions. I called so many homes and many of them were so short with me. When I arrived at the the airport, I text India. I prepared myself mentally to wait afterward reading so many other homes had people waiting over a hour and India text me back my car was only a few minutes away. I was like "okay, yesss, they are on point". And she checked on me while I was in the car, I felt like she genuinely cared. When I arrived there, everything was immaculate and clean and the food!!! I'm such a picky eater and this food! I was so happy. And y'all our at home nurse Kay was perfect! Her food was so good and well seasoned. And ya'll that lentil soup! Don't sleep on that soup! So I stayed there from March 10, 2020 to March 17, 2020. I wanted to extend my stay but with all the craziness in NYC with the Corona Virus I decided to stick to the original date just in case. Where do I start? After deciding on my surgeon and procedure here came the tricky part...what recovery house? I would be traveling from California to Miami alone and it was my first time there. I found A'nesi or imermaids through their instagram page and instantly liked what I saw. After reading their reviews I felt even better so I called and secured my room. When I arrived in Miami I was nervous if anyone would even be there. I text The owner (india) and to my surprise she had an uber driver waiting on me! The driver took me straight to my pre op appointment and India picked me up. I was greeted by all the ladies in the car (some fresh from surgery)and my bags where loaded. Once at the house I got the tour. The house is clean, girly and functional. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. The food is delicious and healthy, beverages & snacks are unlimited. After my surgery I was treated with care & respect. India has knowledge of what is needed per surgeon and helps you regain your strength.The girls in the house were fun and supportive. India has a gift of dealing with all types of personalities, you will definitely feel comfortable and at ease. Mama B comes in to help when needed and she's just as pleasant. Omg where do I start my stay here at A'nesi Harbor Recovery House was nothing short of Magnificent! When I first arrived at the house I knew I would love it and I did it was a beautiful house very pretty and elegant. Miss India made you feel very comfortable and more like you were at home with her, she kept the house very well cleaned everyday all day made sure you ate your healthy 3meals a day snacks and unlimited drinks. India would pick you up from airport take you to you appointments post op visits and pick up your medication she even had a schedule for your medications daily she was there for me and every other mermaid there every step of the way! The car ride was even cute she would have to car setup so you could lay down and be comfortable on the way to appointments. Oh and her little dog Rufus (my nephew) also made me feel comfy as well because I was missing my puppy back home and he was there for all of it he wouldn't leave your side he would even sleep with you lol I didn't even want to come back home because I felt as we all were a little family if I had to do it again I would a million more times I definitely recommend A'nesi to any doll that needs a very well clean relaxed comfortable recovery!!!! read more

I recently stayed at A'nesi Harbor after having surgery in Miami and omggggg, the best decision ever ! From the moment you meet India, she's such a beautiful soul. She doesn't tear you as just another client, she treats you like family. India helped my friend and I with everything from carrying us to our pre/post op appointments and got us to surgery safe and sound. After surgery, we got to meet Mama B, who is the nicest, funniest person with such a motherly touch. At A'nesi Harbor they help you with EVERYTHING. Nothing is too much, from going to the bathroom, to feeding the girls 3+ meals a day, unlimited drinks, to making sure we took our medications on time and they answer any questions you have. I felt so safe knowing that they were taking care of me. The house is beautifully decorated and super clean. Our laundry was washed and taken care of as well as our bedsheets. The best part is the sweet and loving dog Rufus. He's so friendly and looks after all the girls. Leaving him was so hard! India and Mama B are the definition of what a recovery home should be. I found A'nesi Harbor on Instagram, and I'm soo happy I chose this as my recovery house. Right after surgery you wish to be in a peaceful, clean, welcoming, supportive, and comfortable environment and this house provides JUST THAT and more. From my departure to Miami all the way to my flight back home India was there for me and helped me out on whatever it was that I needed. She went WAY out of her way to be there for me at all times and even stood up for me at the clinic when she really did not have to, I still can't thank her enough Also, the food is SOO GOOD, her and Mama B can really put in work in the kitchen, and there are snacks and drinks available at all times if you get the munchies. The care and love I received from them is just irreplaceable, I wouldn't trade my experience for any other house regardless of how good the offer may be, it was worth it all. Not to mention how beautiful and classy the house itself is. All the advice Mama B gave me about life, and seeing both of their level of professionalism yet still have the ability to make it feel like family, truly inspiring. I don't even know where to start. I had been searching for somewhere to stay for about a month when I came across iMermaid (A'nesi Harbor Recovery House) on Instagram. From the moment I emailed India she was the epitome of professional. She answered all 100 of my questions even when my doctors office couldn't . Going into a surgery alone can be very scary but once I arrived at iMermaids (A'nesi Harbor Recovery House) I felt a sense of relief. The house is absolutely gorgeous, feminine and CLEAN!! India and Momma B are just the sweetest women ever. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The company was comforting. The security (Rufus ) was on point. Lol. I honestly did not want to leave. India and the entire staff are wonderful! When Mama B picked me from the airport, it's like we bonded from the beginning. She was so helpful, but most of all, real! I truly enjoyed my time there. Kay made sure we were all taken care of. She fed us, cleaned up behind us (I'm so sorry), and made sure we took our meds when we were supposed to. She's also a great cook if you like real food with flavor. No bland food from her! She's so soft spoken and always smiling. They treat you like family. India is always smiling and very accommodating. I had a couple of quirks when booking, and she took it all in stride like it was a no big deal. Being that I was already nervous, this truly helped ease my mind about everything else. I am truly thankful for that. In addition, Mama B made sure the surgery center did their job before letting me leave. She contacted them for me and then took me there and waited with me to make sure they did what they were supposed to do, and for that, I will always be grateful! I felt at home and I had gained new family imermaids was a wonderful place it's beautiful and extremely clean. India and Kay are amazing people and go above and beyond to help heal you back to recovery. They feed you really good food and is delicious they make sure to get you to your appointments on time. Your medications on time and they have really good soup after you have your surgery. They encourage you to move around and walk to promote healing . They have a really nice in house massage therapist who talks you though your whole experience. On the last day before I left we all went out to a restaurant and it was really nice to get out the house and see the town a little bit. The day I was leaving a fellow mermaid was sent straight to the hospital from her post up appointment and the owner India and a few other ladies went and spent time with her in the hospital to let her know she wasn't in this alone I just thought it was really sweet cause you read how some of These places don't care this was really a great experience I really felt at home was so sad I had to leave . Having surgery is scary yet alone finding place where you will be cared for 24/7 can be challenging. Thus far this was such a great experience thanks to India, MamaB and Rufus. From the moment I met India I knew I was in excellent hands. Her expertise and knowledge in running a recovery home exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say that there was a time where I almost broke down and she encouraged me all the way. You won't find that else where because that was a heartfelt reaction because she's such a honest and sweet person. The recovery house looked just like the pictures. The house is spotless and was always clean 24/7. The meals we9re so good and healthy. She made sure I was at my appointments on time and provided pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport. I stayed for 10 days and this was money well spent knowing I was in a peacefull and clean and safe environment. I do plan on having surgery again in about 6 months and I will be staying here again. I stayed here from 9/17/19 to 9/23/19 and it felt like home the entire time. It took me some time to write this review because I wanted to be as detailed as possible. Prior to my arrival, India was extremely responsive re flights, pre/post op, and arrival. Once I landed I was picked up and taken to the home to get settled before my pre op. I was taken to all of my appointments on time and did not have to wait long to be picked up. The food in this recovery home is delicious. Fresh salads, healthy breakfast and dinner. India and her wonderful assistance Kay were always checking on me to make sure I had eaten and was doing well. They were very caring and genuine. The home was CLEAN & TIDY. It was always extremely comfortable with great decorations and TVs to watch in very room. It really felt like home and I'm so glad that I chose to go there!!! You read so many nightmares about recovery homes but iMermaid is the total opposite. Don't be fooled by the homes with a ton of reviews. This is QUALITY over quantity. What can I not say about A'nesi Harbor. It was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. This young lady welcomed me into her home and literally waited in me hand and foot. Before surgery and definitely after my surgery. Even when she was tired she would wake up in the middle of the night just to come to our aid. She always said that her main focus was her girls. She was not only a great care giver, she was a great friend. Her spirit and her personality is amazing. And don't think it stops there she has mamma B and her amazing dog ruffy who was also there the whole way. They all made sure that myself and all the other young ladies were comfortable and at home. The food is was amazing, 3 meals a day, everyday at the same time. She even made our medications times. It was just too good to be true. I didn't want to leave. I can only put 5 stars but I give A'nesi Harbor 10 stars. I'm so proud of her and it's beautiful and I recommend any and everyone thinking about surgery or having surgery to stay here. My sister and I stayed here during our recovery after surgery and had a wonderful experience. The people really do make a difference in any business and iMermaids has it right. Everyone we interacted with was always super helpful, caring, and empathetic. India was always on top of making sure we got to our appointments on time. I don't know how she does it but we were never late. Ms K runs the show at the recovery house. She is the most sweetest and caring person. She genuinely cares about everyone and caters to every single mermaid that stays with them. Oh and did I mention her Lentil soup is DELICIOUS!?? Actually everything she cooks is yummy. They also had a massage therapist that would come by every day. Ms Dana has some incredible hands and will get those fluids out of you like it's no one's business. From the very beginning of my journey to the end India has held my hand and helped me soooo much along the way. She gave great advice and is very supportive and knowledgeable. Every staff member on her team is amazing. From Kay who is the live in nurse that cares for you like family to Ebony who makes sure your at all your appointments on time and right there at the airport to pick you up. The house is AMAZING very clean and so beautiful. You can tell India took her time with making sure this recovery house is nothing less then great. I never felt like a bother to anyone I felt as if I was family. Making sure my clothes are clean, cooked meals and endless snacks. Sunday was our cheat day! Staying at A'nesi Harbor was the best decision I could have ever made! I first met mama B such a sweet person, she picked me up from surgery, and made me the best soup ever. I then met the wonderful India she has a great personality, very helpful, and make you feel very comfortable, she cook great meals, it don't matter what time of day or night she was there, the house was always clean, you can go in and out of the fridge as you please, I never felt like a stranger, always felt welcomed... Even when i felt sad, India was there very supportive, she took me out and assured that everything would be ok. I stayed at the iMermaids Recovery house for both my BBL round 1 and my BBL round 2... I couldn't have asked for a better recovery!! India (the owner) is beyond amazing. She treats every mermaid like family and makes sure you have everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. From the pickup at the airport all the way to drop off at the airport 5 days later, India and her crew treated me like nothing less than family. Now let me tell you about Kay .... she is the 24/7 caretaker at the house and a complete blessing. Her personality, dedication, and love is unmatched. This YUMMY food I ate was made by Kay and it was so healthy and delicious. And last but not least, Mama B!! She retired after 20 years of being a police officer in New York, her stewed chicken is priceless, and her stories are endless. I stayed at this recovery house with my companion and I loved my experience. It was cozy, comfortable and most all enjoyable. Of course there is always a con based on peoples opinions! The owner and nurse (Venessa) was wonderful! A con : There could have been better food options or let the guest know the menu a day before so that they won't get or make things people don't like or buy food to waist money . I ordered like 2/3 times on DoorDash. However, overall it was wonderful my nurse gave me everything I needed such as care and helped me shower and gave me my meds on time . Note : Don't get massages in your doctors package , they have massages at the house and will not transport you too them so just get them at the house. Pro Nurse: So sweet , understanding, clean freak ! She was cleaning my room and folded my clothes and I walked in kitchen and seen her on the floor cleaning .
