Others in feedbacks have reported the opposite. However, the office is a minor disaster! During my first visit, the front desk receptionist was distant, hostile looking and evasive. For this appointment, the office never called to confirm the appointment 24 hours before. I had to call to make sure it was scheduled. At my second visit, the front desk receptionist was a different young lady and somewhat distant but pleasant. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked when would Dr. Khouri be available. She said that the doctor was not available as I was being seen by Karina, a Registered Nurse Practitioner. Who thinks they can change who we are to see??!! I rescheduled and walked out. Today I called 2 times to confirm my appointment as they never called yesterday. The phone rang 9 times but no one answered. Waited 15 minutes and called again and this time after the phone rang 12 times a recording came on in English and Spanish at a speed where a Weather Meteorologist would not understand. Left my info confirming that if they didn't call back I would not drive to Key Biscayne not knowing what to expect. Lack of staff training, supervision and doctors biting off more than they can chew!!

I was given an appointment right away with no complications! Upon entering, the front desk girl was kind and helped me do the PCP transfer with my insurance. As I waited, they brought out little snacks for the waiting room patients which was such a nice gesture! I was then taken care of by Crystal and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! Not only was she the most genuine person I've ever met at a medical office, she made me feel as if we've been friends forever and I was completely comfortable with her! My nerves about being there went away. She was incredible. I've always had an issue drawing blood and people insisting on going through my arm with a regular needle even after I specifically request a butterfly needle in the hand; not Crystal. She took my advice saying that I knew my body best and letting me know that her goal was to make feel comfortable and not hurt me. For the first time ever, she got my vein right away, no pain, no bruising the next day. I cannot thank her enough! I am beyond happy to have found a medical group that I feel happy and at peace to go to. I no longer feel nervous to go to the doctor! I highly recommend the care that FMG provides!

Read me! This is my second time getting things done but I learned my lesson from the first time…read more Yes choosing a doctor is most important because you want to come out alive & have quality work. This time I had a jawline lift, rhinoplasty, boob lift, fat transfer all in one shot (I do not recommend). The understatement of the pain you will have when you come out of surgery is unbearable. That I never forgot from when I had boobs lifted, lipo & rhinoplasty done the first time, 20 yrs ago. I couldn't handle the recovery that was offered day one so I did one session of massages & quite, worst decision of my life! I honestly don't know how I survived then & I know why my outcome wasn't as great. This time with so much being done I couldn't risk it, if you are getting surgery, you shouldn't either! Good vibes recovery is the best & most important decision I made! You'll have an ICU nurse monitoring you! I ended up with low hemoglobin right out the clinic, a high heart rate & dehydration. I learned really quickly what I needed to do to get better because I had the proper care 24/7. Mary (ICU nurse knows her stuff so listen) these ladies do not skip a beat when it comes to your health. Drink lots of fluids, eat, walk & rest as told to get healthy. I will say if you get surgery the post work is more important but also the most painful. Do not skip the massages (I got my massages through the lady they recommended/cheaper and better)!!! Make sure you have enough money set aside for massages at least 7 & extra money to take pillows home that you may need as well as extra garments. They're very good honest, kind people & if you just ask them what you need they will recommend based on the procedures you are getting, as they have been doing this for a while! Honestly, I was spoiled, you'll love Yai's food oh and make sure you ask mom for Cuban beans . Having good energy, healthy food and quality care is very important to your recovery. If you think for a second, this will be a walk in the park you are greatly mistaken. You will want to scream & feel like you're on your deathbed. However, you are only stressing your body out, along with yourself, anyone else trying to recover & staff who need to take care of you. Know what you're getting yourself into if you have surgery! I wish you a healthy and speedy recovery, stay gorgeous!

It's black owned, woman owned and operated, and her name is Ms. Traicee. She's very down to earth and open with you. With your stay comes three meals a day and unlimited snacks and non alcoholic drinks. She even helps provide a in house masseuse for a extra charge. Which saves on Uber/Lyft/taxi rides. Her house manager, Dai, helps with keeping up on the clients and the day to day of operations. They seemingly work very well together and together makes you feel like they are your family vs your overseers. The house is very clean and kept well. The customer service with booking and information was great. So many girls referred them to me so here I am referring you to this recovery house. Worth every penny.... I paid $925 for 5 nights 6 days WHAT A STEAL! There are extras that you can buy (transportation, massages, etc) that might give you a higher cost. The downside: She only accepts cash apps (Zelle, Apple Pay, cash app, etc) for payment. She should totally get a website for payment thru there. My card had a block on it for apps so it took me awhile to get through to my bank customer support to lift the block and allow payment thru one of the apps. So for her to have one downside and have a lot of pros... I'll def be booking here again and referring everyone that will listen. I honestly would stay here again if she wanted to host a hostel. She has specials from time to time so please look out for that on her IG page: @elitejourneywh Dont ask me what plastic surgery place I went to cause... that's for another review. Toodles.
