This time I had a jawline lift, rhinoplasty, boob lift, fat transfer all in one shot (I do not recommend). The understatement of the pain you will have when you come out of surgery is unbearable. That I never forgot from when I had boobs lifted, lipo & rhinoplasty done the first time, 20 yrs ago. I couldn't handle the recovery that was offered day one so I did one session of massages & quite, worst decision of my life! I honestly don't know how I survived then & I know why my outcome wasn't as great. This time with so much being done I couldn't risk it, if you are getting surgery, you shouldn't either! Good vibes recovery is the best & most important decision I made! You'll have an ICU nurse monitoring you! I ended up with low hemoglobin right out the clinic, a high heart rate & dehydration. I learned really quickly what I needed to do to get better because I had the proper care 24/7. Mary (ICU nurse knows her stuff so listen) these ladies do not skip a beat when it comes to your health. Drink lots of fluids, eat, walk & rest as told to get healthy. I will say if you get surgery the post work is more important but also the most painful. Do not skip the massages (I got my massages through the lady they recommended/cheaper and better)!!! Make sure you have enough money set aside for massages at least 7 & extra money to take pillows home that you may need as well as extra garments. They're very good honest, kind people & if you just ask them what you need they will recommend based on the procedures you are getting, as they have been doing this for a while! Honestly, I was spoiled, you'll love Yai's food oh and make sure you ask mom for Cuban beans . Having good energy, healthy food and quality care is very important to your recovery. If you think for a second, this will be a walk in the park you are greatly mistaken. You will want to scream & feel like you're on your deathbed. However, you are only stressing your body out, along with yourself, anyone else trying to recover & staff who need to take care of you. Know what you're getting yourself into if you have surgery! Right after I put in my deposit and was all set to go. Two days before surgery transportation got a hold of me so we can arrange what time she is picking me up . The day of my surgery she also followed up to ask what time I was going into surgery. Very professional. After I was dismissed from surgery center Kiera pick me up . She was very helpful, nice , friendly and her car was very comfortable, clean she was all set up for her patients. Very much appreciated . When I arrive at the recovery house I got the pleasure of meeting Wendy and Jazz beautiful ladies . They were so nice very attentive and they both help me in any way they could . They help me to go bathroom, to take my medication, feed me , anything I need they were both always there for me . They made me feel very much at home . Also I liked they get to know you as a person and do try to help you out with their surgery recovery knowledge. Both beautiful and smart. The next day jazz would have breakfast ready very delicious. As i finish Wendy help me get dressed as Kiera the driver arrived to take me to my post op appointment. I can't not thank them enough all very sweet people. They showed me my room had me settle in shower and got me some food which I was starving after spending more than for hours at the clinic for preop. My housemates for the week were also welcoming. Ms. Opal runs a house filled with love so her patients feel that they are a home away from home. Surgery was no joke as I did a combo procedure. But they are beyond accommodating to make sure I am always comfortable. She called my family after surgery to let them know I was ok. I got to speak to them but I was still a little bit out of it. Extremely grateful for that because traveling alone your family worries. Cleanliness they are constantly cleaning sweeping, moping, disinfecting, etc. there are snacks Gatorade, juices and you if you have special request even down to a peanut butter sandwich they will accommodate you. Reminder after surgery with anesthesia and pain meds will be difficult to use the bathroom they have prune juice and serve it warm along with stool softener with laxative. Massages with Sandra were so gentle and she knows how to work her hands. Cooking between Ms. Opal and Dee throwing down in the kitchen I was sad to know I was going home was to factor meals for the next two weeks. I immediately requested a refund and was told it would be processed the next day, but after 7 days I still had not received it. I disputed the charge with my bank, but the company falsely claimed services were provided, even though I never stayed there because they could not accommodate me. When I followed up, I received inconsistent explanations. First, I was told they did not know what happened with the website, then later I was told the booking was "non-refundable." I do not believe a non-refundable policy should apply when the business is unable to provide the service purchased. e I believe the business acted unfairly and misleadingly. The owner was also EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive a scam too. BEWARE. I wish I read these reviews before booking

After the facilities tour, I preregistered to stay here and don't regret my decision. They accepted my insurance and covered my stay 100% I was the only patient on the maternity floor and was attended to like a queen. The medical team was so knowledgeable, helpful, and showed genuine care in our well-being. I wouldn't recommend a mommy-to-be to deliver anywhere else.
