    One of the best imaging places around, I have gotten a referral and seen the next day without…read moreissues every time (this year 8 times seen), friendly staff, I have not one complaint. Now I had a doctor out of the springs referred me to a Colorado Springs imaging place... waited 45 minutes on hold, pressed 1 for a callback and out of the 4 times I did this over 3 days, not one callback. Finally I contacted my PC and asked if they could refer me to this clinic to get my imaging for the pain doc in the springs.... Within 24 hours appointment made and seen. I am military retired, I hate anything that doesn't run efficiently.... This place has their stuff together! Keep up the great work!

    Had an order for imaging in February. Could not do at that time. Doctor reordered the imaging in…read moremay. Was told that they would rerun my insurance because I had paid more of my deductible and so my fee would be lower for the service. Good luck with that! After 4 calls to get that done before my appointment...all I got was lip service and promises they'd take care of it and get back to me. No one did. So 3 days before the procedure I called again...because I only had so much time to cancel the appointment before there would be a fee. Still crickets. Oceana was suppose to call back the day I called to let me know they had re-run it. At 4 pm...(since 9am same day) I heard nothing so I called before closing to cancel and reschedule after the insurance was cleared up. Karen...appropriate name was rude and condescending. Flippant she asked if I wanted to reschedule or what! I said never mind I'd have it done somewhere else..she hung up on me. I'm sharing my experience with my doctor and insurance...I wouldn't waste my time here.
