In fact, I sent an email today asking how I can transfer my records to another dentist, and they accepted the email as a request and sent my records and emailed me back right away to save me time from going into their office! The only issue I had here was the expense I would have loved to get the work done but it was 2-3 thousand higher than what I was told at my new dentist. With that said the main issue is Insurance Dental insurance is a joke even though we pay for it the coverage is minimal. I could have done Care Credit but the interest rates on those can be insane I used it once for my pet's emergency surgery. If you have great insurance and can afford the extra money these guys are great sadly not all of us can more so when you live alone and pay your own way. I definitely would recommend to other friends I know that have amazing insurance and the extra funds to spend.

From the very first visit, Dr. Danisi and her staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dental work can be stressful, but they were always patient, kind, and willing to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. That meant a lot to me. The denture fits great and looks very natural. I can finally smile again without feeling self-conscious, and eating has become so much easier. It's honestly made a huge difference in my day-to-day life. I'm really grateful for the time, skill, and care Dr. Danisi put into my treatment, and her staff deserves just as much credit for being so friendly and helpful every step of the way. I moved to Grand Forks, ND 3 years ago and still use him as my dentist if that says anything. The hygienists who perform cleanings are very friendly, thorough, yet gentle. No one makes you feel embarrassed or intimidated in the least no matter what you have going on in your mouth. Dr. Landa's work is phenomenal- I had a crown placed on my front tooth a couple years ago and it is perfect. The shade, shape, and size still match 100%, and the procedure was painless. I also have to mention the amount of time that Dr. Landa spends when I come in explaining what they're going to do, and why. He goes above and beyond and It is something I really appreciate.

I was extremely hesitant because 1) I hadn't been to the dentist in so long and 2) I didn't have dental insurance. The nice thing about New Brighton Family Dentistry is that they offer a package for customers who don't have insurance, which I really appreciated. I think I saved an overall $200 dollars on my visit! During this visit the staff were amazing and so patient with me: the women to run the reception area, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth, the radiologist who took X-rays, and finally, Dr. Grayson! During that visit they ended up fining a cavity and wrote me up a treatment plan with all costs included. This was great because it helped me to plan in advance for the procedures. Dr. Grayson was very gentle when administering the novacaine and drilling on my teeth! Another thing that I liked was how they use a tooth colored filling! In addition, I've always been interested in getting Invisalign, and Dr. Grayson was willing to sit down with me and talk about ALL of my concerns. Overall, I love this clinic. I think that the staff are hospitable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. All of their pricing is clear and they impose no pressure on their patients to proceed with a treatment. I'm about to start my Invisalign treatment under the guidance of Dr. Grayson. I am confident that it will be a smooth process and that we will have positive outcomes all together! Definitely try them out

I was told I would need veneers because I grind my teeth and that my teeth were severely cracked…read more It would cost me at minimum $1200-$1500 PER TOOTH. I cried in my car both about the cost and the fact my teeth were so awful. I started having suspicions about it, especially when they never followed up on some questions. I went to another very established dentist for a second opinion, that several members of my family go to and I went to growing up, and has been around for more than 30 years. When I went to this trusted and experienced dentist, he told me that not only do I NOT need veneers, but if I were to get them it would only last 1-2 years because veneers are very fragile and because of my teeth grinding I would have ruined them and had to do it all over again. They said if and only if I actually need heavy work done, he would put in crowns, but does not see this happening anytime soon. All Smiles Dental was trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars, and veneers are not even covered by insurance. I would have ruined the veneers due to teeth grinding, and it seems any dentist should know this and not encourage people going broke over their teeth and completely ruining them. I cannot believe they do this to people and to create this financial and health stress in people's lives. I recommend going to Jain Dental in Plymouth. They are kind, trustworthy, and have many years of experience.
