Our youngest daughter age 8 just began phase 1. We couldn't be happier with the care and expertise provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. This definitely helped to put my younger daughter at ease, as she has some dental anxiety. The office is child friendly offering games in waiting room. Again, helping to alleviate some of the anxiety she had about the appointment. The front desk office staff also made every effort to accommodate our busy schedules, which I appreciated. Dr Carr and her dental assistant took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment and procedure before we began. All of our questions were answered with clarity and patience. We were to begin phase 1 of treatment with our youngest. Before we began, Dr Carr showed us a simulation of how the teeth would move during phase 1 of treatment. This was AMAZING! Phase 1 would help make room for the permanent teeth to come in properly. Phase 2 would complete any corrections to the bite or alignment needed after all the permanent teeth came in. This would help to prevent the need for permanent teeth removal like I had when I was a teenager. Again... AMAZING! It is clear Dr Carr and her team pay attention to every detail and are committed to providing the best personalized care. Through the treatment with our older daughter, we noticed significant improvements with her smile. Her classmate's parents often commented on how nice and straight her teeth looked. She will start phase 2 in the near future. I can't wait to see the same changes with my youngest. We highly recommend Dr Carr and her team. Their professionalism, expertise and genuine care sets them apart. I truly believe they are the best orthodontists in the Twin Cities!

I swear some months I was in every week because of some panic related to being 30, pregnant and braces face. I typically saw Dr. Tiziani, and Carr if I couldn't get in with Tiziani. Dr. T always wears pink latex gloves. I think that's the cutest. She is also very understanding that nobody wants to have braces on longer than they first guess. All of the offices are nice. I've been to Minnetonka, Excelsior and Wayzata. They have contests every month (I never won), magazines, and water (maybe tea and hot coco too?). Great staff. Clean environment. I'm always referring.

Stay away from this place to avoid yourself from spending extra money. Dr. Kyle is not professional…read moreat all, he never does his treatments based on the evaluation. However, he does will charge his or her patients a full amount and at the end never does what he promises at the beginning of the consultation. Evidently, Dr. Kyle enjoy to overcharge patients who are from non-white ethnicity. Additionally, all his staff members working at the Monticello location including himself are always gossiping about people of color being extra work and never happy to provide services for them. In other words, this place is a big scam for taking away money and not following treatments at all, neither they care about good treatments results.

And probably a secret cave for leprechauns or something. Drive by and you'll see what I mean. Impressive. I've been going to Malone & Westman since...well, for as long as I remember. My grandma went here so my mom went here so I went here...you know how that goes. They have some toys and children's books in the waiting room that used to take the edge off of going to the scaaaaary teeth people (they aren't actually scary...but that whole being a kid thing. It happens). I've had different experiences with various hygienists over the years but they're usually pretty positive. The cleanings are insanely thorough so even if there's a bit of discomfort, it's worth it in the end. They let you choose the flavor of your toothpaste and fluoride treatment. Strawberry instead of clinical peppermint? Yea, let's go with that. Westman has filled quite a few cavities for me over the years. I'm not gross, I swear! Just prone to cavities :( He's great at getting the novocaine in painlessly and drilling away the cavity monsters as quickly as possible. Their prices have gone up over the years, hence me wanting to try other places.

Our hygienist was so nice and great in explaining everything to our little one and what to expect. He was so good and cooperative. Surprised both me and Nana. They have a movie to help distract the kids and explain and show everything they are going to do before they do it. The only thing I questioned a little was putting the cleaner head on my kids hand and then in his mouth. I thought she would swap out the cleaner, but not so. Not a biggie, and maybe I'm just a germo-phobe. Dentist was great. So friendly and so gentle with our toddler. Explained things well and very nice. ATTENTION parents with kids that have disabilities: This place may seem good but if your child has…read moreany type of issues such as anxiety, do not bring them here. This place has no ability to handle a child who is scared. They are pushy and have no feedback to help in that type of situation. They will just give up and tell you to come back later. The workers have a very short fuse for these kids and are very rude and when your child leaves they will feel defeated like they are somehow bad. They want to get people in and out as fast as possible with no deviations from THEIR schedule regardless of the situation. I understand that people have appointments but if you claim to be able to handle kids you should have protocols and plan ahead and allow more time for the appointment when you know the child is scared coming into the appointment as they have met him and worked on him previously. Since we have 0 services rendered we will be attempting to not pay for any of this along with the LOAN we took out with their lender to get the work started. Honestly, if you are claiming to be a place for kids then freaking act like it. Not all kids are the same. We are so upset right now and will never return here and do everything in our power to help others avoid this place like the plague. P.S. Think about changing the name of your business.

I had taken my…read moredaughter here a few times before, and had an appointment set for her this March that I had made 6 months ago. The office called and put up a fuss about our insurance, then a week later I got a call saying they canceled my daughter's appointment because they didn't like her insurance. They called and canceled only 4 days before her appointment. Imagining discriminating against a 5 year old, and denying her dental care simply because her insurance changed. We still had a valid insurance, they just care more about profits over people. Obviously, client loyalty means nothing to them. I would never recommend this dentistry to anyone and will be letting all the moms in my friend circles and beyond know about our terrible experience.
