OTHER PARENTS NEED TO BEWARE: the "co-owner" ASHLEY FERGUSON will threaten you with information in your child's personal file. When I was thinking about enrolling, the director raved about how this is a family-run company that is caring and holds their values closely. However, based on my experience with "Ashley Ferguson", if I could give zero stars, I would. This individual is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever met in my life. First, my account was overdrafted by their mistake. I was understanding and the director assured me it would be taken care of. It took way longer than they said but we got it back. The following week, my son had to go to the ER and I reached out to see if we could make an arrangement to hold his spot because honestly, I couldn't afford to miss work to care for my son and pay for a full week of tuition. The director let me know I wouldn't be charged because my son was technically withdrawn, but of course, I was. Once the "co-owner" called me, she was rude immediately. She said there's nothing they could do and I would need to contact my bank for a stop payment. So much for care, right? I advised that I work at a bank and know that you can't put a stop payment on a transaction that has already gone through and asked if we could please have it refunded. She said that I would need to wait for her to be able to refund me, even though she already confirmed that I was charged. The call escalated when the lady raised her voice and told me she wasn't worried about $240. I said it sure seems like she's pressed over it, to which she began to berate and mock me about saying "pressed" when speaking about business. She said she uses that with her "homegirls". She continued to mock me when I said I would just proceed with withdrawing him by saying, "You wanted him to come back" like this is the only option for care. She then said, "You said you work for a bank? Who's your employer?" When I refused to answer, she said, "Don't worry, I'll get it from your son's file, and they will definitely hear about this!" I went to the daycare to speak with the director and gather my son's belongings. There, the director said I must have been confused and there was no way that she would have been threatening my employment. I asked if we could call her together, and she refused. So, I called from my phone and she answered. I asked if she could clarify for us what she meant by contacting my employer. She yelled at me, "If this isn't about your account, I'm hanging up." I looked at the director like, well there you go. She was still on the phone and said, "I'm only 12 minutes away, I can come up there," to which I responded, "Please do." While sitting patiently in the office with the director and crying because this whole situation has been wildly inappropriate, I see three police officers pull into the parking lot. Knowing that the "co-owner" called them on me, I went outside to speak with the officer. He asked what was going on, and I explained the situation. Then, the "co-owner" pulled in the parking lot, hopped out of her car, and started belligerently screaming, "SHE DON'T KNOW ME" to which the officer told her to go inside the building. He then took the rest of my statement and advised that I could go on about my day. Ashley Ferguson needs to be fired because she clearly doesn't care about people and can't handle herself in a disagreement. She threatened to use my employer listed in my son's personal file (which I'm sure has to be against privacy regulations) to compromise my employment because she didn't like the way a phone call was going. Then, after offering to come to speak with me in person, she called the police on me. She's a joke, and CLEARLY PRESSED. read more

Our children have been attending Imagine Nation for almost 9 years. I don't have the words to express my gratitude to the amazing staff for taking care our our babies while we work. I don't know that I'm a picky mom but I went through 3 daycares before finding imagine Nation. I honestly almost didn't enroll my kids because their tuition was so much less per child , like $30-$40 per week per child; I kept thinking what am I missing . I still don't know how they charge so much less because the daycare is clean, they have made so many changes since we've been there and their curriculum is so flexible, they recognized my child's weaknesses and created a plan for him. Having four children I have a mix of behaviors, when my son struggled with being nice to the other kids , they worked with us for months trying several different plans rewarding good behavior until now his behavior is right where it should be. All of my children started reading in pre-k. Thankfully we have the ability to put our kids in any daycare or private school that we choose and we chose Imagine Nation. Try them your kids will love it. P.S. I just read some of the terrible reviews on yelp. I know the parents on a few of them and it shocking to read them and I don't believe them to be true. After 9 years I know the daycare and many of the staff have been their the entire time. If I have any advice for imagine Nation I'd say , respond to these parents don't let them say untrue things without rebuttal. I was their when the Mom picked up and was mad because you called her at work to pick up her sick child. Instead of being grateful she posts the teachers yap and don't teach the kids. NEGLIGENCE!!! NEGLIGENCE!!! NEGLIGENCE!!! THE WORKERS AT "IMAGINE NATION" WERE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO MY 2 YEAR OLD CHILD & HE ENDED UP OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR IN THE PARKING LOT BY HIMSELF ON HIS FIRST DAY THERE!!! And when I spoke to the owner, Tracy & one of her evasive personnel, Ashley L, she kept saying, it was "The Perfect Storm". And the other insensitive owner, Charles, tried to place the blame on my 2 y/o child, instead of putting the onus on their incompetent workers and their unsafe building! A CHILD CAN NOT TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF!!! Ultimately, when I attempted follow up with them, they ignored my phone calls, e-mails & office visits. The owners & directors are a POOR, WEAK representation of the Child Care business. They appear to only be interested in quantity & numbers versus the genuine care & safety of our children. My son attends Imagine Nation in Grand Prairie.. and I couldn't be more satisfied! My son has therapists that come in several times a week to visit with him and even the therapists said this was by far one of the most friendliest, cleanest childcare facilities she had been in. I have yet to meet all the teachers but the ones I do know are the absolute best! There is no greater peace than to know you can go to work and leave your child with no worries... The Director is always greeting us with a big smile, and I always hear her walking the hallways helping in classrooms and SINGING!! Which always puts a smile on my face! My girls started attending here when they were infants 2009 and 2011. This learning center has always made us feel like family. My oldest daughter now being school age, had the opportunity to come back to visit this week on her spring break and was smiling from ear to ear as numerous teachers told her stories that they rememeber about her from when she was little. She has many memories she shares often as well. I could not recommend a better learning center to send your children, to give them great early memories of school and building their love for learning. My girls started at the Green Oaks location in the beginning months of the pandemic. Their first day was a week after parents could not come into the facility. We had many issues with this location including lost belongings and multiple potty training accidents (usually during outside play and almost daily). I honestly chalked it up to the stresses surrounding everything going on but since moving to the Mansfield location, progress has been phenomena. My oldest has been coming home reciting things she has learned that day and my one year old is talking so well for her age that everyone is impressed! 10/10 recommend this location! read more

I miss my kids school so much! They were like a second family to my kids. We had to move out of state, the teachers made sure my kids knew how special they are, how much they would be missed and even made little keepsakes to bring with them. I have yet to find a school here that can fill the void in our hearts!! Imagine Nation please come to Colorado!!!! The owners always made sure each Holiday was celebrated and the bible was part of the daily curriculum! I wish we could have brought them with us here:( I just really love this school!!!!! My children have gone to Imagine Nation for over 2 years. They love going to school and learn so much more then I could ever have time to teach them, because I'm a working Mom. My 2 1/2 year olds teacher was reviewing letters when I arrived and my daughter named every letter she pointed to and said if they were capital letters. I had no idea she knew so many letters. Now everywhere we go I'm pointing to letters and she names them all, she is so smart and excited about learning. I so appreciate Imagine Nation for all the love they show to my children.. read more

My kids moved to this center from the corporation's Arlington Green Oaks location approximately a year and a half ago. I loved the core values there and new the best choice would be to continue my children in the care of their schools no matter where my career took me. Wonderful transition for my kids and just as lovely teachers as they had at Green Oaks. This past fall we transition all the kids to their Walnut Creek Academy location (right down the street) because my older son could attend their private school. Still loving it! read more

Truly love this school!!! We just feel so blessed to have our kids here. The teachers always go above and beyond for my kids. They always do fun holiday activities and events, they had a Trunk R Treat for Halloween, now a Fall Feast this week for the kids and Santa will be coming for us to get FREE pictures with!!!! I just can not imagine a better more loving place! The owners are wonderful too and just ensure everything is done for the kids!!! This school has just exceeded my expectations of a child care center. I always feel welcome and the assistant director Amanda is always nice with a smile on her face. My daughter has the best teacher Sandra the pre-k teacher, she is always very professional and her room is always so clean and organized. I am a mother of three children, all my kiddos have gone here from infants till they were school age. Most of the staff have been here for YEARS! They all enjoy what they do and do more than what is required because they truly care about each individual child. So happy I have this "second family" to nurture and to teach my children. Extremely impressed with the school! I am moving to the area soon and wanted to tour some schools, this one left me with the best impression. Alex, the lady at the front desk was just so sweet and had all of the information I asked for. The school was clean, organized and full of friendly staff and kids. My Daughter has gone here since she was 6 weeks old. The playground is our favorite part because they adapted the outdoor classroom concept so children are able to do alot of the curriculum outside. Their Pre-K program cannot be beat, your children will be more than prepared once they are ready for Kindergarten! read more
