However my biggest issue is that the she hires people who I guess do not understand how to do their job effectively. The "teacher" (use this term loosely) did not do her job. She failed to communicate with me as the parent of the children. She never spoke or addressed me about anything. Per Margret she felt "uncomfortable ", but if that were the case she should not be a "teacher". Which is also a common thing throughout the entire facility. If they do not know you, you will not be greeted.Margaret complained about small issues that she should have been able to handle and nothing was ever her fault or within her job of handling. Our last straw was her treating my child (9) as a criminal over a toy that shouldn't have been brought to the daycare in the first place nor did he steal. I was not notified of any issues at pickup. My husband and I were notified of the issue at the end of business the next day right before pick up.Margaret is also a liar. If you would like to take your children here, beware if your kids are not raised by "them" they will be mistreated. Each of them went out of their way to make sure my child felt safe, supported, and loved. Their communication, warmth, and consistency made such a difference for us, and it showed every day in how happy my child was at pickup. The only reason we left was because we moved to a different city and needed a daycare closer to home. If that hadn't happened, we definitely would have stayed. I had previously spoken to management about concerns with constant reports over minor things involving my children. After that conversation, the environment toward me changed. I wasn't being greeted in the morning carol and Melanie both managers would look me in the face and not say anything. I don't know the reason of the change when I only addressed my concerns regarding my kids. The following week after I raised concerns, my 2-year-old daughter was injured while in their care and her arm was dislocated (nursemaid's elbow). I was later told that a toddler teacher, Leilani, had pulled my child by the arm, which led to the injury. What is most concerning is that I was never notified at the time of the incident, and no one informed me when I picked her up. I only realized something was wrong after noticing my child in pain myself. I called the daycare to find out what happened they then told me they had an incident report but did not notify me. The next day, when I went back to address the situation, the director, Carol, stated that they brought my daughter to the front, iced her arm, and moved it around, and claimed she showed no signs of pain so they didn't believe it was serious. However, that does not align with what I witnessed. My child was clearly in pain, when I attempted to move her arm, she cried. She was also walking around holding her arm, which should have been a clear sign something was wrong. I was then told by Melanie that the toddler teacher Leilani called in sick. I know that is not true. The daycare is hiding something and wanted to save the teacher and keep her from saying anything that didn't align with what the director told me happened. They also claim they can't go back on the cameras. My child was left for approximately 2-3 hours with a dislocated arm without me being notified. As a parent, that is extremely alarming and unacceptable. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning. Parents deserve honesty and immediate notification when their child is hurt.

In other words, the school has "3rd" and "4th" grade students mixed with second graders with a teacher who is not equipped or certified to teach such. Parents should realize the severe setback that can cause for their children. * The school advertises small class sizes, but has 28 in one kindergarten class. * The teachers will dismiss students disrupting the class and will send them to another class (preschool) or make you pick them up. They will refuse to teach your child. * There is a security system that is often times not working, with no one in the office or checking Ids, you are often left with anyone having access to take your child. * I was put in a predicament where we found my six-year-old was left roaming the halls unattended for over 15 minutes. She could have walked out at any point. * On google, many of the positive reviews were "paid" for through raffles of game consoles and free week of tuition. * The staff will physically pick up and move your children even though the "principal" admitted the state will not allow them to touch your children any longer. I would never trust anything any employee here has to say to me. This facility is short staffed and runs sufficiently in clicks and lies. I genuinely believe your child will experience a complete mental setback if you were to send them here. I have since had my daughter at a new school and it has been amazing.
