I only was notified of this situation when my child called me from an elementary school teacher of needing to be picked up from the school after the event. No one on this staff cared enough about the safety of my children to think to call me and confirm what was going on. The only thing they have to say for themselves is they understand how upsetting this situation can be. I emailed Xplor effective immediately my children will no longer be attending the afterschool program. I was then told by the principal Nicole Cox I am still required to pay 4 weeks of tuition because of what's stated in the contract. Funny thing is I can't find anything in the contract that says it's okay for them to take the word of a 9 yr old, not notify me, the PARENT, the one that PAYS for TRANSPORTATION/SUPERVISION and then act like it's no big deal. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CHILDREN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SAFETY!!!! Side note: There "billing department" is a complete joke to say the least.
