    Apparently if it says it's open 10-5 it's not true. So before you pack up your kids check they won't let you in if there is a field trip

I scheduled them to be ready for 6:30pm, which is an option on the app. We arrived just before 6:30pm and found a seat right in front of the pick up window. It wasn't crazy when we walked in. There were two birthday parties but they were both being called to their tables for ice cream. As the rest of my group arrived we needed to find a bigger table and the restaurant was starting to get busier. Around 6:40pm the app said that my food order was ready. I didn't see it at the window yet, so we grabbed our stuff and settled into our new spot, then I went back to check. It was still not there. At 6:45pm, I asked the person behind the window he said he would check, then came back and told me it would be another 15 minutes to make our order. I questioned why another 15 minutes if the app says my order was completed. He was a kid and of course didn't have the answers so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my situation. I didn't expect them to be ready RIGHT at 6:30, but to have to wait until 7pm, when I pre ordered and the app said it was ready was unacceptable. I had a table full of hungry people. She said she had no control of the app and couldn't explain why it said it was ready. She took no accountability and blamed being busy for the reason the order was not ready. The restaurant was practically empty when we walked it, but it was starting to gradually get busy. I don't know their system, but I don't think it would say the order was completed unless an associate would prompt it to be. I said I would wait for the pizzas, but if they weren't ready by 7, I would like a refund and I would be leaving. By 7, the order was not ready, if not even started at all. I was issued a refund for the 9 fountain drinks I purchased at the restaurant, but was told I had to call the corporate office to get a refund for the pizzas. I was annoyed at the time that there was not a more immediate solution. I tried to call the office as soon as we left, however they were closed until Monday. When I called corporate, they took care of the refund immediately. Overall, there was a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.

My father couldn't come in and sit because he has a cane. If you guests of 20 or more, the designated seating area won't fit that much and will make your guests sit elsewhere. We were sandwiche in with other birthday parties. My family and I all got the flu because of close we were with complete strangers at the tables. So if you're sick and it was a Saturday night, the 13th, you have the flu! First and last time I ever book anything there! My son didn't even get to the ticket birthday grab. They expect us parents to let our toddlers (2yr) to go in alone in the slide attraction. Worst place ever!

One thing is clear: they have refined the first free session to be highly sales driven, designed to secure sign ups and then let the contract do the work thereafter. From a financial standpoint, our mistake in enrolling has cost us $631 for four 45 minute sessions since signing up on 12/17/25. To cancel, the "solution" offered was to charge another full month plus a 50% buyout of the remaining three months--an additional $695--simply for us not to return. The introductory session was clearly focused on selling the program, with extra attention given to our child to encourage enrollment. Once we joined, the actual experience did not match what was presented. The value of the program dropped significantly when we were expected to step in and manage our child during class while staff showed visible frustration instead of providing consistent, structured support. When we raised these concerns and requested cancellation, the response centered on enforcing a six month contract, with no meaningful consideration for the disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered. The rigid reliance on the agreement felt less about fairness and more about continuing to bill us, even after it was clear we were dissatisfied and would not be returning. We do not recommend this location to other families. Parents should understand that once you sign the agreement, management appears more committed to enforcing the contract than to ensuring your experience aligns with the expectations set at the outset. KidStrong will likely respond by saying they tried to work with us, but we did return after our initial complaint and nothing changed, with no additional value provided. For context, this was the closing line from their most recent email to us after we shared our concerns and gave them an opportunity to resolve the situation privately: "You are, of course, entitled to share your experience publicly. However, our responsibility is to operate in accordance with our agreements and to apply policies evenly, not to deviate based on pressure or threats of reputational action."
