My appointment was on March 10 for a Sculptra treatment, and I started experiencing reactions in the following days, which I understand can sometimes be normal. However, I've been getting treatments like PRF, Endolift, Botox, and fillers for years, and I have never had this kind of reaction before. I had a couple of previous appointments at this place without any issues. However, this time what really stood out to me was the lack of acknowledgment. At no point did anyone take responsibility or address the possibility of improper hygiene practices. I also did not see the preparation of the vials. Usually, providers show you where the product is coming from to build trust, but that was not the case here. I do want to say that the nurse was very kind and professional, and I appreciate that. However, my skin reaction was not minor,it was severe and, in my opinion, the result of poor practice. I am knowledgeable about post-care, as I work in the healthcare field as a Registered Dietitian and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Nursing. I understand how critical proper hygiene is before and after any procedure. By March 19, I reached out because my skin was looking very concerning,acne-like with rosacea, something I had never experienced even as a teenager. They did respond, which I appreciate, scheduled me, and during that time I told them I had already been taking Benadryl, and they advised me to continue taking it. However, they were not transparent about the possibility that this could be an infection. Because I value second opinions, I went to see a dermatologist, who diagnosed me with a reaction and infection. I shared the prescribed medications with them since they told me they would follow up with me, but that follow-up never happened. I sent two additional emails and did not receive a response. I am not expecting anything at this point, but I did expect at least an acknowledgment or an apology. It is very distressing not knowing if your face will return to normal or how long you will have to deal with the aftermath of a situation like this. read more

Please read this before you go to Image Lab for weight loss. They lied and cost me over 1500. more than was necessary. My weight loss was delayed and this caused me to be on a drug for over two months longer than needed. The recommended dosage for Tirzepatide/Zepbound everywhere is 2.5mg for a month, then 5mg the second month, 7.5mg the third month and up to 15mg as needed since your body adapts to the previous dosage and then it doesn't help with appetite suppression. My first month getting Tirzepatide at Image Lab I lost 12 pounds. I was stupid to be trusting and I did not ask a lot of questions. My second month I didn't really lose weight and it didn't really feel like it did the first month. I actually called my insurance and they mistakenly told me that Zepbound would be covered which is the pure uncompounded medication. That is when I started finding out my real dosage and what was going on. At Image Lab for month one I was given 2mg. Not too far off from the recommended 2.5mg. However, something else I have learned is that who really knows what I was getting and what and why they are compounding it. Well as a compound they can make the dosage whatever they want. Eli Lilly the company that makes it only has the 2.5mg, 5mg, 7,5,g, 10mg, 12.5mg and 15mg. When I asked the nurse why they don't follow the recommended dosages I was told that they start with 2mg and then go up 2 mg each month. That was a lie. Month two I was given a 3mg doses as opposed to the recommended 5mg or the 4mg I was told that they give at Image Lab. Month three I was given 4mg dose as opposed to the recommended 7.5 mg dose or the 6mg I was told they give at Image Lab. I have this in writing from them on my records. I lost zero weight both those months and had a healthy appetite. Its bad enough I was lied to then on top of it given such a low dose. Even the doses that they claimed to give people are too low. Money savings for them and money and time wasted for the client. I then looked on Eli Lilly website and they have a self pay and their own pharmacy that at the time offered 2.5mg vials for 399. and 5mg vials for 549. Less than I was paying for a ridiculous dose of a compound at Image Lab. So for my 4th month I bought Zepbound direct from the maker and my doctor wouldn't give me higher than 5mg because she didn't know what I was really getting at Image Lab. So three months and over 1500. wasted. The 5mg only really helped day two and three after the injection because it want much of an increase. Lilly website and their self pay now has 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg and 10mg cheaper than Image Lab and you are getting the real medication. 349. for the first month and 499. for the next 3 months at the increased doses. They are doing this to help stop the scams going on with the drug. I cant get my time back but I want my money back that was wasted back! Do not trust this company. if negative stars would be possible they would be negative 100. Don't get duped like I was. read more

Gem of Roscoe Village! Kristen is a wizard when it comes to injectables. I got my lips touched up by her and wow, she works magic; She is truly a perfectionist. Seriously no one else I would trust and I have been to three other Chicago-based med spas (1 in Northbrook, 1 in Old Town, 1 in RiverNorth) Also I LOVE the vibe of ImageLab. It's got a clean sleek sophisticated feel. I felt as if I was in the highest end med spa around. I know I shouldn't care that much about it, but the design is 10/10 inside. Also let me emphasize CLEAN and STERILE. Two words every med spa customer loves. Oh also they have the coolest machine (Visia) which analyzes your skin basically! If you are looking for a new med spa or considering changing spas, this is the place to go. ImageLab is 10/10 ! Worth every penny. read more

Do not go here for weight loss medicine or anything else. First off the owners are rude, and condescending. I was 5 minutes last for my appt and he lied and told me the nurse had a hard stop at the time of my appt but would have stayed if I was there on time. They never told me that prior and when I asked the nurse she told me I wasn't on her books or she would have stayed. He told me I could wait 45 min. since it was my fault. I also took the given medicine and when I came in and told the nurse I was throwing up for several days and had severe cramping, she said it was probably a one off and hopefully you lost weight?? I believed her and took the medicine again, only to make my symptoms worse. When I called to cancel my membership and all remaining appts no one asked a single question. They simply said, theyd take care of it. They only care about money and not people at this place. They can't keep staff. During the 2 months I was there 3 people left and its not a big place. read more

Booked an appointment with Brina and she was fantastic! Everything was very enjoyable and I don't understand how she knows so much about skin treatments! The store itself is super clean and modern, just what you want out of a med spa. I also really appreciated this wasn't some corporate chain of spas where they try to just upsell upsell upsell. Brina really took time to understand my skin and offer really helpful advice and things I can do on my own to maintain...outside of just services image lab offers 10/10 experience and I'll definitely be back soon! read more
